Bought M4 COMPACT 25cal recently, when i left it over night velocity drops from 270 m/s to around 240 next day and i need 6-10 shots that it stabilizes back to 270 m/s,its something with a valve rod and orings there,is there anything i can do to solve it,as im seeing alot of people from Airgun nation forum have that issue which isnt solved since M2,thanks for answer...
@@james1795look at FX M3 parts schematic drawing, just add the side scope rail. You don’t need the total amount of parts you’re not going to assemble each individual parts like in a factory.
Does the M4 also suffer from cold first shots like the m3? Afther 24 hours it takes 5 shots to get on the correct speed again. Its o ring stiction on the valve rod from the plenum neck
Internally m3&m4 are the same. That the normal 1-3 shots to get the speed up to ES, if higher its the regulator and spring stack, or moving parts are gummed up like the rod, hammer, spring thats thats more shorts to get to ES, best to keep those parts clean with no lube. Higher spring preload and higher reg pressure takes less shots to get to ES.
@@ernestrowe5061 I have a modified plenum neck a from a member from Airgunnation. I can leave the gun for over a week and first shot is dead on, maybe 5 fps lower. The problem with the normal plenum neck is the oring inside thats going to stick on the valve rod because it isnt sitting in a 90 degrees angle. I mirror polished the valve rod aswell before I got the modified part, that helped a little
@@BerglepraOSRS I informed FX of Sweden years ago when they first made the change to the current style they said to be cost-effective they have to use up thousands of these parts before they make the changes but they never did. Thanks for your input
