Who should consider starting a garage fitness facility, and who shouldn't? These are all questions that we aim to answer in this video today.
For better or worse, many trainers tend to glorify having a garage studio, which to some extent, who can blame them? Having one of these garage spaces can be a pretty cool thing, but there are some less often discussed downsides to that lifestyle as well.
As always, we try to keep it real and tell both sides of the story as best as we can.
