Burnout is so real! I love teaching and training but there was a time where I decided to sub for anyone who called out and take on more classes. When I got home to my husband and kids my energy was depleted. 😢 So I have definitely felt burnout before! Balance is important and recovery is part of the fitness routine.
I have been watching all of your videos. But this one is something special for me. Because the guy vinit in your video we used to compete together in boxing. And it feels good to see him there now. Love from India ❤️
Not that exhausting if you love what you do. It's just that have a positive mind. Talk with people. It's a great opportunity to learn public speaking by taking seminars and closing.
Hi I’m going to search your videos to see if you’ve covered this but lately I’ve gotten a few female clients all telling me they want a stronger tighter core. They will tell me during the session I just want to work my abs. I try to explain we can do core exercises but ultimately nutrition and your overall fitness routine will play a huge role in developing a stronger core. I just feel like I don’t know what to say. 😩 I don’t want to hurt their feelings or make them feel hopeless. Most of my clients are over 40. I definitely think anything is possible but they have to workout without me too to see results.
What you’re telling them is absolutely right. I would also just reiterate the importance of a tight core during all exercises/explain how it works your core and maybe throw in a few extra abs at the end if like that!
Love working out on vacation, especially training with someone else's style! Any videos coming soon specifically on online training (not virtual training)? Thank you!!
Thanks for the support! I always do some sort of workout when traveling. You don’t have to go too crazy or anything. We’ll definitely be talking about more online training at some point this year. That said, I’m not sure when we’ll get to it as we have a bunch of big projects coming up.
And you cant apply for any other department in the cruise. There has to be a gap of 6 months between our company and the cruise line. Inorder to apply for any other job.
Honestly, I’ve never been a huge fan of their app and I don’t know that I’ll cover any time too soon. That said, I’ve heard that it’s gotten better over the years so ya never know!
Their pay is all over the place tbh. It seems like they can fairly well but a lot of their pay is determined by commission. Essentially, you have to be very good at selling.
Sorry, my comment was a bit vague. I don't even remember what I was referring to, but I have a new question. Is personal training available for crew and are there discounts offered? I'm joining NCL soon and am looking into a personal trainer to keep fit. Thanks!
@@AB-zq4fw you definitely be able to do some personal training as a crew member! As to whether or not you’d get a discount that probably comes to the cruise line. On Royal Caribbean the crew did get discounts on food and drinks and I believe training as well.
The companies that hire the trainers want much money up front for medicals etc. Then you pay your own way for ship safety training. You can pay out a substantial amount before being placed on a boat. They will not reimburse until you put in a 6 month probation.
I tried to contact this person vinit first he talked with me nicely then he started asking for money he said give me 250 dollar I will help when I said no he abused me and blocked me very bad person don't even try to talk to him very bad experience ....
Hey this is blessing here vinit's partner. I just want to clear this one thing that we do offer career councelling for 250$ but that would include all the seminars and consultations and the right secrets to make money on board. But other than that i dont know anything else bad about vinit. Just thought of clarifying it. Just like on land you guys make money training clients. Its us making money here training you guys nothing bad in that.
