That was incredible! The moves are classics and so effective! The format/time in the moves was perfect! Your queues were perfect! Loved that I could use my body bars today, even though I didn’t have to. That strict or straight (?) press you did was amazing for helping me work through my frozen shoulder!! Loved it! Not done it before. The warm up was perfect and that luscious stretch at the end was glorious!

I really enjoyed the functional exercises in this workout. I’m just coming out of Covid, and I think that this is the kind of work that I need to do. Just wondering; the tricep dips put a bit of strain on my right shoulder, any alternatives? Thanks so much for all that you do, Angie.
