Personally I love Ghost for anything, but protein. Some of their protein flavors have high fructose corn syrup :( there Greens - Guava berry is amazing!

Just tried the Guava Berry flavor from GNC (in the US). It is hands down, the best greens I have ever tried. I can drink it with just water; others I can taste over smoothies.

Just bought the Guava Berry. I barely even notice it is a green drink, it taste pretty darn good & I HATE greens. Just started day 1 on it today because of all the crazy good reviews on it. thanks for the info guys

Can you explain how this does not have caffeine with 500 mg of matcha, and then coffee arabica and green tea extract being the 1st two ingredients on the spectra blend? I understand the dose may be negligible, but it seems odd that nothing is reported on the label.

I actually like the 'healthy' taste of greens powders - does this one still have that 'greens' taste or is it a bit more artificial-tasting like the Legend, Burn, etc?

It definitely still tastes like a "greens" supplement, but the lime one masks it nicely. Still a greens-like texture. Maybe go with the original flavor if you don't want the lime flavor!

When’s the best time to drink this? In the AM fasted, with a meal, evening? I assume with or just after a meal. I am assuming breakfast would be best…

We recommend a time of the day where you find it best remembering or adding it into your routine. Most people find first thing in the morning or with breakfast works best for them 🙌🏼

I find 30 mins or so before bed is best for me bc it makes me kind of sleepy. I heard it could be the high pro/prebiotics content of it which can make you kind of tired….?

We recommend trying to get a few serves in through whole foods but this will get you close to the RDI.
