Oh how I love Tri Tip. I also love finding new flavors that I can bring to it, and this Ginger Garlic marinade, followed up by a Flaps 20 dry rub, results in a perfectly flavored cut of beef after a bath in Cherry Wood smoke on the Weber Kettle.
Marinade Ingredients
4 TBSP Minced Garlic
3 TBSP Crushed Ginger
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
