You may change the length or the width, work it as a solid colour (as I will) or in multiple colours. It's really up to you!

Finished Size: 7 x 67.5 inches excluding fringe
Yarn: Impeccable by Loops & Threads ® (100% acrylic; 285 yds/260 m; 4.5oz/127.5 g; (4) Medium/worsted weight): 2.5 balls per scarf (including fringe).
Hook: Size H/8 (5 mm) Hook. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge
