What are your thoughts on the best pattern for the best traction on the trigger guard and thumb ledges? I’m doing a g48. I use a lot of the guard and my thumb runs purdy far forward.
Snakeskin has a TON of grip on the handle but oddly enough does not offer as much traction on thumb ledges as a finer pattern will. Anything done with a 1.5 -5mm burner tip. Like a random dot design or a swirl pattern would suit you best. If you email me @ cyclonegunworks@gmail.com I can help you a lil better.👍
I make it custom. It's a 8mm long, 3.5mm wide diamond with the side corners rounded a bit and beveled edges with two sharp top & bottom points. Use one of your large stock iron tips and a dremel to shape it with a 600 grit sanding drum.
