What is difference? Between the timing chain and gears.between the 2006 and 2007 I have 1 of each the 2006 runs but wrecked and the 2007 does not run I think it has a bad timing chain .
4:55 Sir I just removed intake 4 bolt style cam phaser on 08 CTS 3.6 direct injection and did not notice any thrust washer behind or between the cam and phaser (am I missing something 🤔 Do I need to purchase a thrust washer when I gear up to purchase a new phaser from you fellas)
@@Cloyes01 I have 2009 SUZUKI GV with N32A 3.2L engine, does this also apply when changing phasers? The car has first registration 30th June 2006. How do i determine if the washers are needed or not?
2015 equinox 3.6 cloyes complete timing set was installed by mechanic. CLOYES90753SVVT 11months later 9k miles the front bank timing chain broke driving down the road. Since that happened it took out the front head rockers and bent valves. Is there any help from cloyes for this repair since the broken chain had to be a manufacturer defect. And can't afford the repair after spend 2500 for the timing to be repaired 11 months ago
Same here on a Cadillac CTS 3.6 2009, kit was Cloyes 90753SWP, only 5K miles, that a serious issue, i install many timing chain, never any issue other than this junk, when i get the packing i already see that now Cloyes are made in China !!! not anymore in the USA, i never get any issue with the USA made kit from Cloyes, probably my last Cloyes timing chain, of course i don't expect anything from them !
