Thanks for sharing your recipe, Ladislaw -- please advise whether it's better to cook the recheado masala before stuffing the fish? Been told to do this so that the fish retains it's moistness with drying out ...thank you
You're most welcome Audrey, if you have seen our Recheado Masala Recipe, at the end we have mentioned that you should cook the Recheado Masala before storing it. This cooked Masala can then be used conveniently for stuffing the Fish. The taste will definitely be better versus using the raw Recheado Masala paste.
