Nearly there 1 St time I did stretch arm outward while relaxing in the turn to grab opposite arm( palm) it feels very good trying first time ❤

@shravan kumar brother all problems starts with dehydration if u seriously not having any illness it could be cured if u maintain hydration levels in body...... Just drink 2ltrs of water when u woke up and drink every interval 300-500 ml water by keeping reminders see the changes in ur body

Human body is lopsided to a large degree. Meaning one side is always more flexible or stronger than the other. Don’t worry too much. My right side body is also like that. With lot of practise both sides become equal 😊
