As someone who recently submitted my application, I totally agree with Dr Ann about the personal statement and recommendation letters. The key is to start early really. To avoid burning out and surprises( you might still get surprised though, but there will be plenty of time to address it). Great work Dr Ann!

Bless you for getting rid of the GRE in your school...i started preparing for the GRE exam and 2days into it i started searching for schools that doesn't require GRE, the GRE is not for me.
