In this NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) session, you will replenish your energy levels by entering a state of low-frequency brain waves. We’ll do this by focusing on different sensations throughout the whole body while using the breath to completely relax. NSDR gives you the opportunity to reduce the number of thoughts spinning around in your head and enter a state of deep, nourishing relaxation.
This practice can be done in the morning to start your day in a calm state, mid-day instead of a nap, or in the evening to help you fall asleep.
It is best to do this practice lying down, headphones on, eyes covered.

Gosh I felt VERY relaxed during that. Almost like I was asleep. I didn't want to come back / wake up at the end. I can't quite figure out how you achieved that, the music, the soothing voice, the gentle breathing, the mindful focus, sure... But I think it was just sorcery 😅 Thank you 🙏🏻
