I live in Cyprus and love the Mediterranean cuisine. Your videos have given me a lot of inspirations. If you asked for any advice, I’d say this: If your videos could focus more on the food elements and the cooking process than on the hostess’s facial expressions or her nailes, I’d really appreciate them more . Many thanks you anyway!
Cooking this right now! Just missing the oven temperature but I will start at 325 f° since I have to go get some fresh pita to the store. Can wait to taste this. Did dome souvlaki chicken with!! Mmmm
Great recipe. Simole to remember without jotting it all down. I "think" my grandma made something very similar when i was young - many moons ago... I think she added bread crumbs on top. Would you recommend this additional ingredient ? Love your kitchen with the cooking cove / cave - I know thats not a design name, i like how the oven etc is encased in a brick framed area. Nice bricks + backsplash tiles too. Gorgeous pink dress, nails, jewellery + family dog.
Hi.this is candy from the Philippines.do you ship here of your olive oils?thank you for your reply. I love all of your recipes❤.I also try some of them.
It's easy enough to clean rings afterwards . As for thing her hair up, most women do not make a point of tying their hair back every time they make breakfast or lunch sandwiches or dinner. She is showcasing a "cook at home" recipe, so why not be like most cook at home folk. If she was in a Restaurant no doubt her appearance would be different - hair net, hat, chef coat or apron, + certainly not wearing a pretty dress or with a dog on the kitchen
@@theburpeeman2931 I’m in Croatia on the island of Brač. We have our own olive trees and our own extra virgin olive oil. But even in this Briam I wouldn’t use that much olive oil. But that’s only a matter of taste, I think.
A good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil is good for you. EVOO isn't the same as fat, dripping, lard, or regular oils. Heart Specialists don't have any issues with EVOO
One suggestion - a headband or bobby-pins to keep you from pushing your hair repeatedly out of your eyes while you’re cooking. It’s distracting and unsanitary!
Love your recipes, your enthusiasm, and the way you demonstrate. But, the long nails, the rings and the long hair that was occasionally touched is distracting and unappealing. I do want to keep supporting your channel and wished I could have sent my comments privately.
Why? The food is going to be cooked at a temperature that will kill any bacteria anyway, also there is a problem with being too clean, our immune systems need to be exercised or they wont work for us in the long term. Our western culture has a serious problem with disease and allergies, we need to eat more dirt!
