Grilled Steaks on the Char-Griller ( ‪@chargriller2402‬ ) 980.
Had 3 nice rib eye steaks, used Worcestershire Sauce for the binder and added some Sweet Mesquite rub to each of the steaks.
Fired up the Char-Griller 980 to 450 degrees. Once Char-Griller reached temperature, add the steaks and grilled them for 1 1/2 minutes, rotated them and then grilled for another 1 1/2 minutes. Filpped the steaks over and did the exact same process on the other side. Total time was just a little over 6 minutes, and the internal temperature was at least 135-140 degrees. Pulled them off and let let them rest for 15 minutes.
Sliced them up and had a taste test and they tuned out great.

so total cook like was only like 6 minutes? I find myself in the habit of overcooking things lately to just get some more smoke flavor in the meats. wife been yelling at me for this.

Pretty much 1 1/2 minutes rotate and go for another 1 1/2 minutes.....flip over and repeat.....just remember I was cooking at 450 degrees.......thanks for watching and leaving a comment.

If the wife says you're over cooking the meat.....totally forget about the time, and start going by the internal temp of your meat. A GREAT Guide is from the USDA for minimum internal food temps: www.fsis.usda.gov/food-safety/safe-food-handling-and-preparation/food-safety-basics/safe-temperature-chart , this is really great to go by.
