CoC gripper are more harder and you need more grip strength to close gripper but gripzilla grippers are more comfortable for training session and for begginers!
Two questions brother - 1. I purchased a 300 lb gripper. I can close it almost half way. Should I keep practicing on it or should I purchase a lighter gripper like 200 lb or maybe 150 lb and practice on that? 2. Can a normal writing chalk be used on the palm? Great strength btw. 💪
Hey! How much more difficult is the number 2coc compared to the 250lb gripzilla? I'm looking to bridge the gap between the 1.5 to the 2 on coc and I know the gripzillas are easier than the coc (even when they're supposed to be the same weight) so just wondering.
Comparing gripzilla gripper with captain of crush in the same class is like comparing a women's bike against a 250 dirt bike, so the gripzilla is slim.
Yes, just as a future production note, linger on the number longer and make sure it's readable. CoC because of their silver colour tend to be harder to spot on camera, especially front lit.

Gripzilla ima manji razmak između ,i samim time je ugodnija za ruku,dlan i vjezbanje, CoC mi je sranje jer prvo moram s jednom rukom namjestit da bi stisnuo s drugom
Ja bas obrnuto, nikome ne preporucujem coc, i sam cujes zvuk koji su poceli da proizvode a mnogi se na to zale. Plus cena je velika za takvu spravu, neopravdana + skupa dostava. Cist dokaz koliko je brendiranje bitno u svemu, kupite lepo na ebay i vezbate, ne vidim poentu ovoga iskreno.
@@rockygrip Sve jasno, generalno kome je cilj da se sertifikuje na coc, ili je jednostavno u svetu grip treninga onda svakako treba da kupi, moj komentar je bio namenjen obicnim ljudima koji bi samo zeleli da ojacaju podlaktice, stisak itd.
@@medjed5785 da tu se slažem s tobom, lakse je kupit manji gripper tipa imaju one gume za stiskanje koje kostaju do 5 eura te se s time moze ojačati šaka i stisak
