Always by the white lining can. Canned food is not good for you because the aluminum gets into the food. The vegetarian beans have the white lining to protect the food from the aluminum.

Hey Simeon I suggest you shop at Costco here in the U.S its more budget friendly, you can buy in bulk and the meats and veggies are organic meaning no anti-biotic or hormones.

You are shopping in the wrong place. You would pay more if you go to those type stores. Go for wholesalers like Costco, Sam’s Club, or BJs. For healthy stuff check out your local Farmers Market

As far as I remember, he was sponsored by MyProtein. Now he's sponsored by Dedicated Nutrition, Novo Nutrition (Protein Bites), and probably some other brands too. He also sells his workout plans which I believe he made most of his money from. On top of that, he has a brand 'SP Aesthethics'. Dude knows how to grind, gotta respect that.

Ultra Violent before he didn’t even care about RU-vid money... but if you knew how much money you can make off clothing you and everyone would understand. A shirt cost I dunno .50-$1.50 each when buy them bulk. His clothes look pretty well made so just say $3.00 each and he’s selling them for I dunno say $19.99 and up... now do that times 500... plus he travels around the world doing seminars, he also has Just Lift brand, it’s super easy to sell when you have 3-4 million followers all he needs is 10% of them to purchase anything from his brand. He’s very wealthy, easily makes a million a year. He also only supports himself, unlike Ulisses he supports his wife and three kids.
