I saw your interview about your brother having Cancer, well, My mom has it too. Her Sister passed away in 2021 from Ovarian Cancer. And her Daughter died before her with Sorcoma Cancer in 2012. Massy, i pray 🙏 🙏 day and night now, im a servant of Jesus, not sure if im doing any kind of Justice in the Lord Jesus body. I pray u accept Jesus in ur life cuz life is too short. I lost a cousin to gunshots and an uncle who died doing taxi 🚕 he was killed by his wife and three men. Listen, Get a Bible read Psalms 91. Enjoy. Im not looking for praise, likes, fame, i don't even want money. Love is ALL i want. Their's Charity, Peace, and Love but the Greatest of these is Love. Massy when Jesus Created you, he created a Masterpiece. 😍😘

Love your workout videos. I have defined my back and my arms my legs and I'm working on my glutes. I was training for a bikini competition several months ago but I did not completely leave salt and sugar out of my diet. In the last three months no sugar no salt meaning potato chips and snacks and while I can say my body is transforming especially my back and arms and shoulders and my stomach has finally flattened. Thanks for these helpful videos.

Wow!! I suffered ,I sweat and did it🎉 I live in Martinique I know what is working out in heat and humidity but we have a little breeze to help coop with it. Love the way you explain. I'm 63 and back on working out since 2 months. Thank you so much for sharing it all .

I’m looking for basic workout. Nothing over the top. If guys can get built in a 6x6 cell with just their body, I don’t think we need any equipment to achieve that. We can use our own body as weights.

I have been following you since you were on the show the doctors. I used to do some of your few minute workouts you posted on Instagram. I stumbled on this video this morning and decided to try it, because I like how you included the core, glutes, mobility and cardio. (had no clue you had a youtube channel) This is exactly what I have been wanting to achieve. This workout kicked my butt. I could not even stay with 15lbs I had to use body weight by the second round. I want to follow one of your programs if they are simular to this. I go the gym everyday but I it's always a different workout. I need a focused plan. Thank you Massy.

As a CPT and PTA I struggle to find follow along videos that really show great programming and thought put into them, and your unique use of isometrics really brought a freshness to this leg/core workout that I loved! Massy, thank you for practicing what i preach! I am 55 and a former athlete. I've quit sport a long time ago. Since then i just do regular workouts for myself. I've always believed in the effectiveness of combination of muscular endurance exercises and cardio.
