20 MIN Follow Along Mobility Routine | Stretch with Me With My Viral Routine Daily Using Just A Wall

The less mobile you are, the more in pain you will be. These movements will unlock the mobility needed to get rid of pain in your back, shoulders, hips, and T-spine. These movements can be added to your cool down routines after your workouts , or simply as a workout at home. when performed with consistency, the muscles mentioned above that are pulling on your joints causing pain and restriction, will lengthen and provide pain relief.
Make sure to start conservatively as the purpose of these movements is to provide relief. Get warmed up and slowly increase the degree of the stretch as you warm up.

THAT PHOTO became my goal. I haven't been able to do squats in over 15 YEARS!!!!!!! Once I started stretching my knees (started 1/4/2024) I can now do 100 squats a day and I wore high heals...again havent worn high heels in over 15 years (moderate heel 👠😂) 😍😍😍😍

​​​@@MankofitIt hurt like hell but I worked through the pain. It started diminishing. I also have degenerative disk disease. Strengthening my gluts, my back stopped hurting. 20 pounds lost. Menopause is NO JOKE!!! Please promote strength training ahead of menopause. We need YOU women. ❤ and this is my favorite video. ❤

A positive force directed me to one of your video shorts months ago and now you are a staple in my exercise routine. When I started I was mainly lin bed. Today I could follow along on my feet. I'll be 60 in June and I'm beginning to experience a loss of mobility and mild soreness in my lower back and various other places in my body. I found these exercises extremely helpful. To wake up free of little aches and pains is a Godsend. Thank you, Massy.

So so important! I’m a 64 yo gym rat, and I have been lifting for 40 years . I have also been stretching religiously and my mobility is really quite good. I know that part of this is genetic, but I have not experienced any decline in this particular area of fitness as I’ve aged. Thank you - This one is added to my post WO stretches🙏

Just completed day 1 and I already feel more invigorated. Brings back the joy of being a child and simply living a life without concerns about limitations in my body. I did not realise I had shut down that aspect of my life. Being able to get in touch with my body again through these exercises is such a freeing experience. I 'discovered' your platform recently and I really enjoy your exercise programs and approach. I am almost 60 and enjoy your workouts. Thank you for covering up with the towel. 😊

Fit, smart, beautiful, humble, and classy! My girl! Thank you so much for this video. I have a quick quest: I work long hours, I always do a quick 5 min mobility before my weight training during the week, @ least 4-5 days a week but I plan to incorporate longer mobility stretches such as this one on Sundays which will be my HIIT and longer stretch days. I'm an ecto like yourself so I can't be doing too much cardio lol, but is that s good plan or what do you think?

Good stuff. One of my favorite stretches is the child pose stretch. One of those stretches you did at the end looked similar to it but you kept your hands on the wall and didnt go all the way down to the floor.
