The less mobile you are, the more in pain you will be. These movements will unlock the mobility needed to get rid of pain in your back, shoulders, hips, and T-spine. These movements can be added to your cool down routines after your workouts , or simply as a workout at home. when performed with consistency, the muscles mentioned above that are pulling on your joints causing pain and restriction, will lengthen and provide pain relief.
Make sure to start conservatively as the purpose of these movements is to provide relief. Get warmed up and slowly increase the degree of the stretch as you warm up.
