Suddenly I feel so calm and at the end where you said to let my mind think what it wants to think I really didn’t have a lot on my mind I feel like some mess is gone

Love your meditations man. Really appreciate that there is no music, you voice and instructions are straightforward and calming. I started meditating once I got sober to keep myself from overthinking or stressing too much. This has helped, I appreciate you.

Much appreciated. I will try the longer one next tune. I still benefit from your one on grief. My grief is no longer anticipatory---my husband died two weeks ago. Now one of my biggest challenges may not be overthinking per se---it's the images and the overall sense of his last week, which was challenging (to view it in a positive light, but kind of horrible in terms of suffering and losing his mind and spirit before his life ended). I'm trying to focus on the 42 years we had together when there weren't these horrendous health issues and when our focus was on living, not his dying. But because those images and memories are the most recent, they are freshest in my mind.

It is hard to believe that I never used this meditation before! I always try to read as many of the comments by other people as I can, and I was especially affected by ellenled's description of her Husband's death and their mutual suffering during that time period. It was only 2 years ago, and there is no mention of Hospice care which is supposedly helpful in relieving much of the suffering? Secondly, I was grateful for your response to Cindy when she complained that there was too much talking in this meditation...You must know by now that I love the work you are doing!

I cannot get comfortable in my bed! 😡 and I keep getting these weird little itches all over my body! 😡😡 shut up brain!!!... That’s weird. I was angrily looking up why am I getting itches at bed time and he started talking about that 🤔
