Am I the only one crying 🤦🏾 I just recently started meditating and I've been going thru different videos and this one hits home because I do struggle wirh anger and frustration and I don't want to be that girl anymore

This meditation helped me realise that anger comes out of an absence of awareness. Being aware of what triggers me is so important. Staying present and moving the angry energy into compassionate energy helps too. Thanks for the 5 count down, it is helping me in my practice.

I feel so much inner anger and bitterness these days. I beat myself up for not creating the life I wanted. I compare myself to others...though trying to catch these thoughts, and then trying to give myself unconditional love. I still create imaginary issues in my mind. Help!

@@Enlight-the-burbs That is very kind of you! Yes, I have had a couple of Reiki sessions, but they are expensive. I certainly wish I could do this on a regular basis, because I find Energy work very helpful. I really appreciate your compassionate response, but lately I have been practicing my singing, and music, which is incredibly healing. Yes, there still is anger, but not quite as intense as when I posted this comment

@@hgsi Hi Hoda, I hope you can find something that brings you joy! If I can suggest putting on some music that moves you. Dance in your kitchen, by yourself. You may feel slightly "silly" at first, but I guarantee it will uplift you, and move the anger energy. There are also amazing CHAKRA meditations right here, for free on RU-vid, and this too, can help move blocked energy/anger. Best of luck to you, and have self compassion!

Your not alone Rose and I hope just that bit of info helps, because it helps me to think I'm not the only one to feel like this. It's up and down right now but I know there's a way to deal with ups and downs on a steady straight path rather then a up and down one. Writing this because I like to try help it gives me a bit of purpose hope your 11 months since writing this have been a blessing.

Not gonna lie. I was like maximum anger when I first started this meditation. I was so angry, my thoughts became so negative and I couldn’t breathe properly. I had to do it all over again because I couldn’t handle my anger and I couldn’t even focus. But after the second time (Doing it the right way), I became relax and I was aware and focus and now I’m so calm. Thank you for this meditation! I will definitely use it again, it really help me so much!

Thanks for this! I was actually so angry at the start of this meditation that I was self harming while listening to it. Thanks to your meditation, I became so calm I stopped hurting myself and was able to reflect on a plan to constructively deal with the situation that angered me in a calm way. Thanks so much, I feel so calm and like my anger has been acknowledged and valued so I can move on! Xx

Thank you for this so much. My life is in a horrible place right now and I feel stuck and overwhelmed. I've had an evil spirit around me for years I'm trying to overcome. This was the only one I hadn't listened to, mainly because I don't and never have had an anger problem . . . or so I thought. I don't know why but I was drawn to listen this morning and five minutes in, the tears poured from a well of sadness buried deep inside. I realised there is a bubbling cauldron of anger within that I refused to recognise until now . . . anger at the many years of pain from my mother who never valued or validated me. She died long ago and I never heard the words: "I love you", "I'm proud of you". I was never good enough for anything . . . I should never have been born. This session has helped me to recognise this anger . . . not yet understand how to deal with it, yet not feel so alone. I do find the whole meditation thing quite difficult as my mind is a maelstrom of thoughts, crashing and colliding at every angle, but, as I said in another comment, I cannot now get through the day (and night) without you . . . your peaceful and calming voice, your words, the tone in your voice that tells me you love doing what you do for people, is all helping so much. I wish I could find words good enough to say how truly grateful I am for these wonderful meditations - for you! I have hypnotherapy cds, have listened to a multitude of videos on RU-vid and nothing, NOTHING, comes even close to the ones with which you have gifted us. I am grateful beyond words because I HAVE HOPE! 😊 Love and Peace. 💗

I have gone through a lot of Meditation videos, and this is by far one of my favourite ones. Having bipolar, there are times i struggle a lot with outbursts of aggression and anger. Finding this video and listening to it helps tremendously, I would highly recommend it especially to those who want to find peace within themselves.

Definitely a meditation to do when you're not already angry.... A suggestion if it was supposed to be for when someone's already angry going into it... Guided breathing practices might be helpful to actually calm someone enough to be more open to actually relaxing the rest of the video

Not even gone lie.... the smallest things keep me sane when I really feel myself going over the edge 💯 sometimes I get so mad that I black out and honestly have no recollection of what happened. But I want to and will be better because of videos like this🤘🏾

I am posting this comment 24hrs after I saw this video. I wanted to see whether this video will help me or not in controlling my anger. After seeing the video, i realised that i was more calm and focused and also in the last 24 hrs i didn't get angry at all. This video really helped me to calm my mind and controlling my anger. "I will not let anger overpower me."

You may don't know, but you already helped me numerous times with this mediation. I need to work a lot on my anger: I am aware of her, but I still can't see clearly where she originates from and why arises so suddenly and like a river in flood, causing me a strong discomfort because I keep her inside (I like to personalize my negative feelings). Forgetting or avoiding memories or thoughts are not healthy, for someone to make a video on that wouldn't be good, it could make peoples mental states a lot worse.

Hi! good video! my only advice would be next time make the intro part shorter (where you explain different ways anger can manifest) I completely get your point on talking about it but my angry anxious self just got more frustrated that the meditation was taking a long time to start, next time in a anger/anxiety video I would take that into consideration. Apart from that it was really great thank you for this💖

Thank you so much for being honest and anger and how it can form. Most people don't want to admit it's anger and lable it with Depression or things like that. But that's what anger can form if not delt with properly. I love this session it so helpful and I can really feel a big difference!! I love the way to do this your style I guess you can call it. This was so moving for me. I feel I can take the format of “feeling..recognizing..awareness..focus” and apply it for any emotional situation as well as teach it to my daughter. So simple yet potent. I added eft tapping while doing this meditation which really helped me stay centered and helped me feel like the words were grounding in at a deeper level. Thank you so much for this kind soul. I thought I’d share this because it really helped me embody this meditation. In my native language (Welsh) ‘Araf’ means ‘to slow down’ Anger Recognising Aware Focused Spells ‘araf’ 🤯❤

Wonderful meditation for anger. So peaceful and calming. I used to have a problem with anger and have used meditation to overcome it. I also run a FB group for women who have some form of childhood emotional trauma, some of them have got anger problems, so I have added your video to the group to help them. I hope this is alright? This is absolutely beautiful. Anger is a survival and quite an intelligent emotion when expressed conductively and oriented towards the future. But that reptilian/amygdala function can often hijack our minds. If due to your childhood or present day environment, you find yourself having an over reactive nervous system (such as mine)… don’t fret! It takes A LOT of compassion for oneself, and discipline. Apart from deep & slow breathing being a great antidote for anger, personally for me I find that seeing each person’s humanity (remembering that we all get sick, have been in some sort of pain, have needs and wants, experienced trauma, and/or adversity), as well as noticing that anger is usually always a secondary emotion, helps keep me aligned. Meaning that what underlies our anger is often fear or grief of some sort. And so, working to resolve that first can be very beneficial.

I'm not usually big on guided meditations but this was amazing. I was super flustered over someone and an event. This meditation was meant for me. You weren't odd about decribing the breathing and the spaces in between were long enough to where I could sweep my thoughts away. Thank you so much for creating this video💗

i deal with constant anger sometimes which tends to bottle up and i find it difficult to "keep a leash" on it but gotta say when i got deep into meditation i felt as if an enormous weight fell off and crashed down around me. there were even a few tears glad i tried this thanks MindfulPeace

Thank you for this... I've been really mad at some of my more indolent co-workers for their inaction that directly impacts the health and wellness of a completely vulnerable human being who can't even speak. I'll probably come back and do this a few times. I won't let anger overpower me..

you know , I used to work in a x-ray department hanging films for doctors and when distressing thoughts come about I imagine myself taking the thought and hanging it up for viewing and being objective towards it from a outside perspective just like a doctor views a x-ray to diagnose how to better navigate it.

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this video. Believe me when I say I've seen and done meditations about anger management from different RU-vid channels but none of them helped me the way this video did. I get easily irritated and triggered because I am not really in a good place in life at the moment. I was at first bothered by the length of the meditation because I'm really impatient but it turned out to be a boon for me.

I opened this video during one of my anger attack I was one step away from hysterically crying after I snapped with anger at someone so I said to myself maybe I should find a solution instead of crying screaming I found this video and at first I thought this won't work then in the middle it felt like everything made me angry is rushing through my head then by the end it felt like I have control over my anger it didn't leave me it didn't disappear but It felt like I am the one who has control not it and things felt calmer I passed my anger attack today without hysterically crying and screaming thanks for this video❤

Anger is a human emotion, neither bad nor good. It goes much deeper than your explanation. Have you ever lost anyone you loved? Anger is part of the grief process. There are much unresolved hurt emotions in need of healing that require a more in depth solution and meditation. Namaste. ❤️🙏

Sure, but probably what we are trying to get help here is with everyday issue, someone cut you on freeway, or said something or made you a bad thing etc (And then there is positive anger I guess too, for example trying to be a better person and help to change, I guess)

Have you ever thought about accomplishing something that feels so out of your reach that your mind begins to tell you to give up or you tell yourself you’ll never stand a chance at accomplishing whatever it is you dream about? So then you internalize it, creating a ball of anger that continuously grows inside of you, numbing all other emotions and eventually completely letting it take over you and your everyday life? Don’t ever give up on your dreams! Don’t ever let your anger control you!

I am an angry person, I grew up in a very angry home, I’m with my partner in our home now and I’m the angry person 😢 I don’t want to be that person for myself and others ❤ I will practice mindfulness every day whatever it takes My anger with not control me anymore.

So I'm a therian and I'm going through some hard things and I click in and out these vids and this helps so much if your a therian like me I recommend lising to the Rain sounds vid to remind you of your old home as a animal ( we aren't furrys we are therians no hate❤)
