My point is that Cockneys are native to London, and Cockney is a native accent and it's not just exclusive to Arya. Ethan also presumed that Arya somehow knew the implications of throwing water (as inciting fear...), but if you watch that video and the other preceding parts of the same type of video (and his dozens of other videos where he did similar stupid stuff), you'll see no sign or indication of what Ethan presumed. Yes, what Arya was doing was definitely stupid and broke RU-vid community guidelines, but Ethan went too far when he got mad and angry at him, started to literally bully him, and was going on about what would happen to him in the future.
