Looooove this type of video and wish more people made them! And I'm here for that Buffy "stakes" pun!🧛1970s horror is such a wild ride. If you're digging that era, you might like the book Shock Masters.📚Mostly have been taking a break from horror in my downtime but some faves I'd recommend: 📺- Based on a True Story, Deadloch, The Barrier, The Bear// 📖-It has been an abysmal year for discovering great reads but I did enjoy more than not Ordinary Human Failings, Filterworld, and Mama Day // Hobbies: Sticker collecting, finding/playing the weirdest board games I can find at yard sales. 10/10 recommend!🎲

I'm definitely going to have to try your approach next time I pick up a classic. I feel like having English teachers do a lot of that heavy lifting in school made me like classics more back then too! I loved Buffy when I was younger, that and Supernatural were my go-to comfort shows Omg it would be hard for me to not let the intrusive thoughts win and eat some of the stuff in that Twisted Allure box hahaha Puzzles have been an OG fave hobby for me but I'm also trying to get into running this year too!

I got an edition of Carmilla edited by Carmen Maria Machado at a library sale so excited to read it❤️ Yay never too late to get into Buffy🥰 I think Conan Gray’s new album Found Heaven gives Lisa Frankenstein vibes⚡️I say this not actually having seen the movie yet but it’s 80s for sure😆 Glad you’ve found the time to explore and enjoy more hobbies. Lauren im so sorry i havent been watching ur videos but im finally here!!! your channel is always the best way to escape our shitty spring weather and be transported to autumn!! I didn't really vibe with carmilla but i think it's because i listened to it? idk i might give it a try at another point! yes buffy!!! the bestttt i watched it last year for the first time and wow, so goooood! i cant wait for u to watch more cause the "low stakes".... arent that low in the following seasons haha im 100% checking out the salem witch trial podcast!! didnt know about it!! this video was awesome!! so many great ways to feel halloween before halloween!!

I need to read Camilla, and now I have multiple retellings to look at too haha! I gotta watch Buffy, I only watched a few episodes back in the 90s. I gotta watch Lady Frankenstein, it sounds interesting. Lisa Frankenstein was so amazing!! I was born without a sense of smell, but those perfumes... I love the names and packaging!! I'd wear them simply for that and hope it smells good haha! So glad to see you finding time for hobbies! I love doing them, and I need to find more time to do them. I so want to pick up paint by numbers again. Wilde Flowers! I need to play that game, it looks like so fun. I've seen it before.

I’m SO jealous that you are getting into Buffy for the first time. My favorite show of all time! I hope you love it going forward, season 2 is a BANGER! Maintaining the spooky spirit year round is a must, because October always passes by so fast. I still need to see Lisa Frankenstein. omg Buffy! I LOVED that show. I watched every episode with my younger sisters. I was around the age they were supposed to be in the show so I especially enjoyed it. I used to use Buffy's outfits for inspiration. People would always say I looked like Willow too 😆

My favorite beauty product is a scented body oil I got in a twisted retreat box 😍 its delicious and they gave us SUCH a big bottle. I love it. MELISSA!!!! I am so glad you’re watching that season of AHS. It made me bawl like a baby! I know I love the vibes of Coven and the atmosphere of Hotel BUT the NYC season is my favorite. I bawled like a baby at the end. All the weirdness will be revealed and WOW it was a sucker punch to the gut!

I so want to read those two Carmilla retelling! I listened to An Education in Malice and think that made it a fun time for me, not sure how I would have felt reading physically. I finally saw Talk to Me and oh geez! Wild! I also read a very cool horror novella, Transmuted, and had fun with What Feasts at Night.

hahahahahahahahahahahaha Lady Frankenstein love is great. I somehow have never seen it but it looks delightful. Trash can be fun as heck. I am very excited to finally get to Lisa Frankenstein! This was wonderful! I bet most of the games you would most enjoy playing would be either already available on like steam or if you were to go to a console Switch is probably the best of the places for relaxing games!

I love Carmilla as well. I need to watch The First Omen. I was not interested to watch it because I am tired of all the sequels and remakes, but I have heard fantastic things. Lisa Frankenstein is my favorite of the year so far.
