It always sucks, but heartache was one of my greatest teachers.

I went through a break up 2 years ago, that was the biggest episode of grief I’ve faced to this day. I mourned, and still mourn, that deep connection I had with the other person. I can reflect on how the last 2 years have been the MOST transformational of my life, I would never give them up for all the lessons I’ve learned, and how deeply I’ve merged back with my soul. That being said, I still miss that person almost daily. I do a lot of shadow work, a lot of trying to understand what I miss. Although a lot of it is attachment, I also miss their presence, and I have a knowing that they are a soulmate of some kind (because who else would break your heart, other than a soul who LOVED YOU SO MUCH that they would agree to embody a person who breaks you toward your becoming). I just don’t know how to exist with the knowledge that they exist out there, without contact with me. I carry the grief with me, it’s heavier some days than others

I manifested my husband after going on a self love journey after a breakup! Healing is so necessary. A relationship is not 50/50 it’s 100/100 because each person is whole first. That didn't need to find someone or tap into some external source to connect to the infinite love, abundance, and opportunity that already existed within me. I had forgot that I was worthy of happiness, inherently, and was looking for someone else to give it to me or validate it for me. But now, I practice self-love, forgiveness, and grace. It's a daily journey, but I'm happy to be on this new path. And I started going on it because of what I learned through an experience I once wished I hadn't had. I'm glad for this new perspective. I see myself differently and I'm so grateful

Ah, I’ve been rolling around in spite toward my ex and I realize that the more energy I put toward him, I’m putting it less on myself. I find myself wanting to check his social media but I have to remind myself that feeding into that energy is feeding into my fear. I’m afraid of what I can find. I am working on rebuilding and continuing to soften my heart. I’m not ready yet, I’m still so angry and in pain, but I will be in time.

Going through heartbreak and I feel it’s only divine. Showing me how much I loved someone so deeply even though they kept hurting me. I decided to leave our situationship or whatever it was but I choose to send love to him and feel all these emotions deeply and heal. Healing with love only. I've closed myself up all that time. I haven't even shed a single tear and I just got numb to all of it. Numbing myself with Netflix, Video games, food... Not getting enough sleep, not caring for myself, making poor life choices just because I felt like I don't deserve to be sad. After all I was the "bad person" who broke up with them. But this hurts even more. Because the relationship was toxic and they always made me feel bad. They were depressed and I couldn't do anything. And this guilt of leaving them has been eating me up inside. Lately I didn't dream at all but today I got this dream where some guy close to my ex attacked me and said he hated me for putting my ex through that all and I couldn't do anything than look at the ground and say nothing. Then it all faded and a female figure with a soothing angelic voice spoke to me that it is alright and that I am not to blame. They simply had their own stuff to work through and that it isn't my fault and I started bawling my eyes out. The first time I actually allowed myself to feel anything. I woke up with tears but I felt lighter than ever. And as I woke up I saw that video... I lost faith but I think this was divine timing and I won't lose faith again. Ig it's time to heal. Also to anyone feeling guilty for whatever reason. It's not your fault, you are loved and I hope you get better

On time!!!!!! Broke up with someone yesterday. I believe spirit wanted me to let go years ago. My pain is really from the resistance I placed on ending the cycle. Thankful spirit’s love and protection.

Having a hard time letting go of wanting to control the outcome. Feeling like there's always going to be unfinished business.

I’ve learned the biggest lesson in my life so far through heartbreak. I loved my ex more than I loved myself, so it was extremely hard for me to deal with the pain of him not being in my life. But that heartbreak led me to loving myself and learning my boundaries and what I truly want. I also learned about the law of attraction a few months after the break up :)! He was my first love and it took a little more than a year to get over him lol, but I’m so grateful for him. It’s been about 2 years now since the breakup and I’m with a new person that I love so much, but I think about my ex everyday. Ive moved on from him, but not the relationship. I still get triggered when I think about it. I don’t understand why I think about him everyday. It gets really frustrating especially since I’m in a new relationship now. I thought for a while that I may have a soul tie with him that I need to remove, but Im not sure. Any advice?

I lost my soulmate recently since that I feel my heart can’t be broken anymore, his love is always in me, that had to happens to me to realice love never dies is always in us. Since that I’m in a spiritual path to talk about my experience with grief , how death is not the end is the beginning ✨ 🙏🏻

I’m not broken-hearted at the moment, but I had a person in mind while watching this video. We don’t talk anymore, but I wanna thank them for opening my heart. The universe manifested us to be coworkers but from different departments months after our break up. I had a bad habit of cutting people off when I get hurt. And I recently learned about karmic cycles. We say hi sometimes. I am happy for them. I think universe is trying to tell me and reassure me that this is a good person and cutting people off isn’t the solution.

This is my first heartbreak and I just don’t know how I’m going to navigate through this. It’s weighing on me physically and triggering so many deep fears I never wanted to open up. I know it was divine intervention for us both but it still hurts. It sucks when you know you have unfinished business with someone but they can’t see it.

this is something I have in the recent months learned and have accepted. I realized that I was running away from my problems and only making them bigger and stronger. Eventually it came to a point where I allowed myself to feel. I allowed myself to hurt deeply. To cry. To go days feeling like shit. And I didn’t guilt trip about it I just let it be. After pouring all the emotions out it felt amazing. I let go

2 years ago I went through the biggest heartache of my life. I’m FINALLY getting out of this depression, & I’m understanding it all had to happen. I am so much stronger thanks to that experience. Thank you for posting this leeor ❤️ healing takes time

OK this is..just.. I was just about to open my journal for shadow work and thinking about healing my childhood trauma that had come up today.
