I’ve never seen anyone do a muscle up so smoothly and effortlessly and in one fluid motion! Most people get half way pause then go fully over the bar, this mans strength is incredible!!!!

I'm an ex-weight lifter/power lifting competitor who's just switching over to body weight exercises. The hardest part for me is getting out of the mind set where I think I have to keep using weights. I also just turned 57 years old.In 2017 I had an accident where I shattered my right heel, ending up with 5 long screws in my heel and 3 small screw from the top of my foot into my heel. I have limited mobility in that foot and certain weightlifting exercises aggravated the injured foot; however, I'm not a quitter and had to toughen up my mind and come back slowly to over come the injury.I've gotten to the point where I only use weights for squatting and deadlifting ( I love the challenge of squatting/deadlifting so I'll never give those up). But I'm enjoying bodyweight exercises....I do chin ups, pull ups, bar dips, modified handstand push ups, L-hold pull ups, L-hold chin ups, hanging L-holds for time, plus tire training.I just discovered your channel and love your videos. I'm only posting this because I want people to know that you can start at any age and that you are responsible for your health and fitness. Don't let anyone tell you what you can and cannot do; you are the master of your body.Keep up the good work sir. My goal is to work up to doing some front levers and muscle ups.

I like that hannibal does the street workout for the sake of being in shape and probably just likes doing the workout every day. He is just able to do the other moves as a side effect of him doing his daily workout. Other guys just workout SO that they can do the moves. I guess what im trying to say is that i respect hannibal more because his motivation is doing the workout while a lot of others just want to be able to do all the fancy tricks to show off.

for example when doing dips, lockout is locking out your elbow on top position (maximum angle between biceps and forearm)

Thanks for posting this amazing step by step video- I have been doing such routines for over 8 months and am at level 2. Hoever, I find that my muscles, specially my lats get brutalized and are sore for 7-10 days- any suggestions on rest periods, split routines that you follow and also any tips on diet/cardio stuff? Do you perform these everyday/every other day? Thanks again!

His refering to the complete range of movement. You've got to straighten your arms on every rep, so they're not bent from the elbow. With pullups, for instance, you go all the way down.

man that is incredible, my most favourite part starts from 2.00 - 2.10, love your vid's man, those videos of your's really help me to improve, thanks. i got one question see in 2.06 i found that the most difficult part, i cant hold myself it that position for even a second any tips on how would i improve on that? thanks for the vid it really helped me by the way

in the top part of movement, yes. there is also a lockout in the bottom of pulling part of muscle up. you might not do full range of motion tho, for example bottom part of dips, I don't go past 90 degrees, so not to hurt my shoulders ;)

hey can you do a video about injurys or problems,something like progress and plateuphases!i find this bodyweightmovement really inspiring,and so i quit my membership in a local gym(im from germany,excusess not proper english)and now im doing calisthenics for aproxi4-5 month!its really great,but these days i have to pause beacuse of joints hurting really badly and ellbow problems!when i see you vids and others i t looks so perfect but would nice to get some tips about the downsides as well!best^^

he can do the craziest bar work outs but some of those parts are 100 more developed then the other muscles that aren't used as much for pull up exercises

Locking out is doing full rang of motion during the exercise, E.g Pullups = All the way up and all the way down. your arms will ''lock out'' at the bottom.

@InhalatorOlbas Push ups are great for your chest. We did a video on a push up routine thats really great for your chest. Also check out the dvd their we break down how to workout each muscle group with calisthenics. Peace

Yo HAnnibal, much love from Europe, do you workout the bar till you burn out before doing dips, and then burnout dips before pushups? Or are you doing a rotation?

Tobias Engel His around the world workout is a 1 hour long cycle of 5 pull ups, 5 dips, 10 push ups. Minimum rest time between. That's the beginner workout. I've come across it on sites before.

@FlyLiiikeMe Hannibal was warm from working out, Ed was cold from not working out. If Ed were working out at the moment he would look a lot bigger and if Hannibal wasn't working out he would look smaller. Thanks for love
