Ive done this one about 50 times now over 2 years, and it’s still my go-to and favorite hamstring stretch - no one can compare! Very nuanced and thorough and peaceful, thanks!
Yeah I’ve struggled with very tight hamstrings (combined with lower back prolapse) since I was a kid and this one video has made drastic changes for me when done regularly and I’m SO much more flexible now 🙏🏼 it really hits all the intricate places, I do this one maybe 1-3 times a week now

17/2/23 done in the AM 🙏🏾😊🐱. Hamstrings feel like jelly and I loved the emphasis on stretching the area between glute and hamstring. The savasana at the beginning helped me relax and flow smoothly in the asanas. Thanks 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾, keep 'em coming 💛😌🐱

Andrew you are freaking amazing, thank youuuuuuu! I've been practicing yoga for about 9 years, but I took the last year or so off because I was exhausted from teaching during Covid online. I've only recently been trying to come back and this has reignited my love of the deep stretch and deep breathing and presence in my practice and life. Seriously, thank you so much.

Great class! I usually have trouble with my hamstrings so seated folds sometime feel more uncomfortable than anything but the movements you had us go through really helped warm up my hamstrings so it was more enjoyable and I could actually focus on being in the moment instead of waiting to get out of it!
absolutely wonderful - have had a left hamstring injury from a dancer pose that still kills me - but this class is an encouragement to keep going - love you Andrew :)
You are absolutely amazing. This is exactly what I needed after an intense leg workout yesterday. It totally relieved my sore hamstrings. I feel so much looser and less sore. Thank you!!!!!! For some reason, the deep twists were making me dizzy, like if I was gonna throw up. Odd.
I regularly get bouts of knee swelling. I have found that tight hamstrings and calves result in swelling and pain in the knees which then leads to other mobility and strength issues. This workout is spot on! Thank you.
