This is my very favorite of your practices and one I come back to, again and again. It really helps me start the day with energy flowing and a more positive focus. Hello I watch all your videos and I can't seem to get an answer from anywhere when I comment on other channels I see some people keep saying these wonderful practices are dangerous and everyone shouldn't do them 😟. CN you please reply and clarify, alot of people would be extremely grateful because these practices seem like they are awesome for healing and wellbeing. Thanks
Hi Swizz, this took me by surprise as I have never come across information that qigong is dangerous for people. In fact the opposite, there are science based research that show the benefits of qigong and tai chi practices for different age groups. Do a research for yourself, don't believe everything you see and read on the internet. I hope this can help to put your mind at ease. Best wishes,
