Loud pipes save lives. Yesterday I was at Garden State Harley-Davidson as they were bringing in the new Roadglide and Street Glide S/T models. Both were black with the bronze accents. They looked fast just sitting there.

The lighting in Silverback looks amazing, very clean lighting job no to much , the entire bike looks nice and clean great matching parts all over , no over charged in anyway, this is by far one of tge most clean looking builds that I ever seen without changing that original classic Harley look. Again great job.

Excellent points regarding motorcycle lighting and exhaust volume...be seen and be heard, specially with so many distracted drivers on the road. To me, riding is the same as being in combat: Every time I ride my motorcycle, got to be absolutely alert, sharp, and on top of everything. Situational awareness, maintain flexibility and ready to react instantly to anything that could be a threat to one's safety. Whenever possible, "ride in the hole", stay away from vehicles as much as possible. Stay safe & enjoy the ride!

Can’t agree with you more on the lighting and loud exhaust. Can’t tell you how many times I used my pipes to save me from getting hit. A must have.

I agree with you john,the more lighting that you have especially at night it is easy for everyone to see you,same thing with the exhaust the louder the exhaust the better it is for everyone to hear you.

Wow nice bright white front LED lights...yup I agree 100% get/be seen & get heard...I ride a 2021 RGS and one difference that I made sure is mix my front LED head white lights lights with "AMBER" running lights and I changed my fog lights to "YELLOW" to make my bike stands out among the sea of too many bright whites lights with new cars on the freeway these days...my riding friends says there are able to distinctly see me from from miles away as my yellow lights is so distinct from the rest...thanks for sharing and I have liked and subscribed...hoping to win a shirt at least...lol

Getting home safe… wish more people felt that way. Taking the riders edge course with my wife gave her the peace of mind knowing what skills we need and should practice daily to travel safely on a bike. Ultimately it’s the other people on the roads we all worry about!

I'm not one for tons of extra lighting on my bike, but I'd never say anything to anyone who wants to do up their bike with them. I do have added lighting for safety, but in all honesty I never feel too comfortable on the road.. I'm glad Silverback is done and back in action, now you can enjoy it...The bike is killer looking on video, maybe I'll get down to Bikes & Breakfast one of these Sundays to see it in person.

Yeah led lights are definitely a must and should be one of the first upgrades! I've been using Custom Dynamics for directionals and bag mounted bar lights since I bought my 2016 RGS. I haven't touched the headlights though. I've toyed with the idea of using 6" Rigid 360s, but it would be an expensive upgrade. Right around a grand. Still it would be less than going with Baja Designs LP6s though. As far as exhaust, I have a Trask Assault 2 into 1, so they can hear me!

I totally agree about lighting!!! I did Ciro on my 21RG the same as you coming off ultra classic I was scared to see how few lights and brightness that was stock! Had it done b4 I took delivery with strobe module. And pipes of course being heard! Looking at Khrome werks...works... not sure yet. Beautiful pipes just not sure loud enuff? Thank you for the Great content!

Hi...just letting you know here in Australia...we are stuck with Australia Design Rules (ADR) and extra tail lighting is a no no..and exhaust noise is limited to 94dBA for bikes

When you get a chance to try them out. Would you mind doing an update on the comfort level of the floor boards? I like a floor board that has a little of cushion to it. Seems to be a little more comfortable to have the cushion.

Absolutely love how you did the lighting on your bike, just got a 2016 SGS and I am definitely adding extra lights on the back, those bullet lights just don't seem adequate enough for the rear of a bike.

With so many other great aftermarket floorboards and shift levers, I’m surprised you went w/ empire. (Unless HD gifted it to you). Your performance bagger setup should have MX style boards
