How one talks to girls and boys is incredibly important and powerful. Their introduction in this short video, which will be watched by millions of kids, explicitly emphasizes that the boy can "win some challenges" while the girl is "looking beautiful". I wish the girl could also be encouraged to win some challenges, or display other virtues such as resilience, courage, strength, etc. There is a potential here for inspiring young girls -- please take it and upgrade the introduction in future videos! :)
People like you find reasons to get offended by anything..... If the trainer kids should workout so that that stay healthy and in shape you would say its offensive to fat people.
Great Video! When working out with my kids, I split things up into two groups: 1. Timed interval movements, (Like doing as many jumping jacks, high knees or mountain climbers as you can for 30 seconds) and ... 2. Focused counted movements, that way we can count slowly together. (Like push-ups, crunches or lunges.) I find that my kids get less discourage if I time and count everything for them. That way we stay together as unit :D
I can't go to school I always watch these videos at home but I still enjoy doing the exercises with you guys and stop start the kids down the pretty amazing I could never do those steps I think I'm seven and I am Fatima
I’m forced to to watch 2 of their videos but I’m just chilling in bed watching it instead if doing these exercises that will soon break my legs and mock my flexibility.
My kids are at home because schools closed. The Covid 19 virus has everyone in doors. This exercise video will help me get my kids getting a workout at home thank you.

I love these challenges but one of them is so hard I just stopped at one of the exercises and I do another exercise I love your videos please post more I don't like watching the same videos over and over and over again you're you're the most best exercises and in one of my exercises I got 103
Please post more of these. We homeschool and I need something for myself that my kid will benefit from too (and be interested in). This is the only one like this I can find on RU-vid and we are desperate over here! Please!!
