I am 44yrs old and a year ago, I left my narc ex-husband with my 3 kids and decided that I was done tolerating the bulls**t. I am OK being by myself, it's more peaceful. I'm less stressed, even when I have sh*t going on that causes stress. Yes. It would be nice to be married- to the right man. However, right now I'm focused on raising my kids, staying prayed up, healing from my past, getting my money right, & having a closer relationship with God. Everything else is secondary, including finding a husband. When I'm ready to re-marry, I WILL NOT be settling & my standards will be high. Period. High standards help weed out the n***s. Period.
