that is So Sweet, Thank You. I learned that lesson the Hard Way. I don't think I will ever find the Right Man, if you know what I mean, I am older now and with a daughter that has Down's Syndrome; in the U.S.A. that's worse than being a Criminal. I noticed that in Europe Men don't Care about my daughter's condition plus being in a wheelchair, especially, believe it or not, the Young Decent Guys were the first ones to Talk to me in Europe and loved talking with me. But here in America, men run from us as if we had a deadly Disease.

These are all 100% true. I have finally found myself in a relationship where I am loved as much as I love. I have never felt such joy, such connection, such peace. Things feel so *right*. Matt described it well. I didn't know a relationship could be easy. I am having so much fun, and experiencing so much joy. We both are. And we are immensely grateful and feel so lucky. Seriously. My mum and dad were married for 34 years until my mum passed away. They knew each other for 44 years. My dad never re-married or even had a girlfriend. When I asked him why that was, he said that even though they didn't have a perfect relationship they were best friends and that my mum was the only one. My parents told me that it's easy to fall in love ...relationship. But it takes work and commitment to stay in love...MARRIAGE. Hence all the divorce. This is too glib and simplistic to me. Just my opinion.

In all honesty when a guys initially sees you he puts you into three categories: Wifey, Smashable, or Issa No (Pass). If you, nor the guy are talking to are celibate or practicing abstinence you'll never quite know if a guys likes and is feeling you until AFTER sex. I'm not saying sleep around and have sex with every guy you date, but being aware of this fact will allow you to better decide if this is a guy you want to deal with and the overall reality of dating. The reality is that a guy might not be straightforward about his intentions or simply pretend he wants more than sex so that you can get comfortable enough with him. Keep in mind that guys don't necessarily need to like you to be down to have sex with you. He might like you enough to smash, but not enough to the point where he sees you as wifey and envisions himself in a relationship with you. The truth is that to really know a man is interested in you the two of you would have already gotten physical in some aspect. If he continue to hangout with you after smashing and initiates other dates and plans that are non sexual then more than likely he's really feeling you and it's only a matter of time till y'all become official. It's true that if you make guys wait they'll be less of them that are down to do that, but the other side to that is some guys will wait with you until you're comfortable enough while they continue to deal with other girls. The solution at the end of the day is to either remain celibate or straight up understand that you're choosing to smash a guy because you genuinely want to without the thinking that he'll leave you or with the thought that you're trying to keep him. Don't let a guy pressure you into sex if you're not in a space where you're bout that life. If you didn't want to, but then he leaves or changes up you may end up feeling quite.

This is what it felt like - all the four Ps done to perfection. I was on cloud nine until the week before the wedding and I got a glimpse of what the future held for me but was too naive to recognise the red flag for what it was - coercive control. Took 21 years to break free of the relationship.

This really explains exactly what I'm going through. I started talking with this guy and I've never felt so at ease. Conversation flows easy and we never run out of things to say. I can be myself. This really hit home. I'm glad I'm in a phase of my life where I'm ready to let it go and stop pursuing a man that clearly doesn't want to be in a relationship with me. I'm a good observer and I know that men,when interested,do anything and everything to be involved in that woman's life, I've seen it happen with most of my best friends (One of them being a guy that really outdid himself and now is married to the love of his life). When I really like someone the way I show it is by trying to serve and help him in some way, I open myself more and let him know more about me (maybe share 1 or 2 key moments of my life and how they helped me to become the person I am today) and I look for ways to uplift him and encourage him to be the best man he can be. Thank you Mathew! I always knew men really did this for the women they really liked. I have yet to meet a man who is truly willing to chase after me. No worries even though I am an older lady who has not been caught yet I am still keeping the faith. I'm getting out there pursuing my own interest and meeting new men. And I'm online dating too. I am keeping hope alive that one lucky man will finally catch me and call me his one and only. For now I am fully taking advantage of being a free and single lady. And adoring every minute of it. When I want a relationship with a man, I take interest in the things they like to do. I may ask them to teach me something or focus on a shared interest. I try to get them to open up more about their own lives and develop the emotional connection and I start to involve them more in my life and get a little more creative about when I spend time with them so it goes beyond just date night but increasingly more intimate time including bringing them around friends and family.

Had all these things with a guy that I met in a city that I was traveling in. Amazing chemistry, everything just felt so natural and peaceful, while I still had butterflies every time I was around him! "Why don't we hang out more, since we enjoy each other's company so much," I asked him when I went off to travel to another city that was still kind of close to his. "My heart hurts," he replied. "The more time we spend together, the more we like each other. It's going to hurt more, the more time we spend together. I've done long distance before, and swore to never do it again. I'm sorry," he said. So, we stopped talking after a couple of weeks that I left his city. I've never stopped thinking about him, and I sometimes wonder if he thinks of me the way I think of him.
