@@keagankaposa494 What about the body builders who have the big butts. Buns of steel. They just wear tight underwear instead. What's the difference? Both are athletic, in shape and have a purpose. I wouldn't walk straight either after my thighs and calves were on 🔥😂
People who can't create anything in their spare time, are busy criticising someone else's creativity. We are all unique in our on ways. Let him be or scroll past. He's doing him the way he knows how.

Am not sure...guess he built it The Viral Sensation King of Squats, born Nkululeko Dlamini, is a South African fitness trainer and former soccer player who specialises in training people to get bigger bums through squats. He has become an internet sensation, with his videos of him dancing and squatting going viral on various social media platforms. Besides that, he is also famous for having an unusually big bum for a man. Dlamini, born in 1989 in Durban, joined the Jomo Cosmos academy in 2006 and played for the senior team from 2008 to 2010. He then moved to the United States to pursue a soccer scholarship at the University of North Carolina. However, he suffered a knee injury that ended his soccer career in 2012. King of Squats then turned to fitness as a way of coping with his depression and recovering from his injury. He discovered that squats were the best exercise to strengthen his legs and glutes, and he developed a passion for them. He also learned how to dance and incorporated it into his workouts.
@staystacked6545 Most men naturally have tighter more muscular buttocks than women. They just don't usually wear rights showing it off. Look at the NFL or track. Those guys butts are also very built, you can just see it better due to their uniforms.
As someone with knowledge on this... it's sad to see people believing people that talk about growing glutes. These people had big butts to begin with. And its fat around their butt. They just are able to tone their legs so well that it accentuates the butt and it appears bigger. Glutes are a muscle. Do you know how difficult it is to grow a muscle, like biceps, or pectoralis (chest), which can be engaged instensily and more directly. Now imagine trying to grow a muscle that cannot be directly engaged. Squats do not directly engage the glutes and whatever excercsies for glutes, appplies so little pressure on the glutes, all it does it basically burn the fat around the glutes and tones your butt. It's like high reps training, it rips you, not grow muscles. You would need an ass that can lift weights to grow glutes. Lol
I agree but constant and consistent reps on an area will cause growth. So it this case squats stimulate the entire lower body and he does 1000s of them. It possible. But your right I have a hard time growing my glutes and hip thrusts are the only thing that works. Squats just trim and tone legs only.
Having said that, his glutes look amazing and are something to aspire to with consistent workout and proper form. Most people don't care about technical stuff, they just want the results and will go for whoever is convincing. This man's ass is convincing.
@@maureengannaway7328Why don't you stop commenting on everyone's else comments and go take a nap you have got to be burned out trying to defend this guy.
There's nothing as boring as an idle bitter woman.. like why are y'all triggered by this guy wearing some tight?he was supposed to wear a skirt to show glutes?...his dressing i appropriate for this..like how are we supposed to know this exercise grows glutes if it hasn't grown his 😂
No they would not be complementing no white dude, no Asian dude, Latin dude or anyone else so just stop your ridiculous lies. People would saying the same thing in these comments..
Hlanya 😂, I'm reminded of how he used to make us run those stairs at JHB Stadium it was crazy indeed but beautiful ❤️😍#hlanya with him there will be no regrets 😅😅😂

Stand at the edge of a table. Place your hands there for balance. Put a slight bend in your knees. Slowly lift your leg backwards, come back down slowly. Do 20 reps of these on both sides. Repeat these reps 3 times on either leg. Then, come back to this comment and tell people what you felt in your ass and in your knees. Then take a before picture of your ass. do this exercise for 3 months every single day. At the end of that 3 months, take an after picture in the same outfit , lighting and angle and celebrate your success. Then come back here again and share your success story to motivate others . Good luck ❤❤
@@lotusphoenix8 Bless you and thanks. After being sick and hospitalized and losing what little weight I had as I am a small framed woman, I just don't feel sexy anymore. Thought of the Mommy makeover but have seen terrible results and some women have died. I chose to try it the healthy way with eating more and exercise but I'm limited to what I can do. I welcome the challenge ...see you in 3 months, starting today🙏🙏🙏
I like the fact that his booty is toned but it still got some jiggle to it! A BBL is too dangerous so imma try this route for a few months and see what happens! Love all ur videos, btw!
