This avocado bread (can also call avocado cake) uses avocado, banana and almond flour as the main ingredients without refined sugar or butter. They are high in good fat, full of nutrients, and incredibly filling. And it tastes soft and delicious!
Dry Ingredients:
Almond flour, 1.5 cups (about 170g), 1020 kcal
Baking powder: 1.5 tsp
Salt: 0.5 tsp
Corn starch (optional): 2 tbsp, 40 kcal
Wet Ingredients:
1-2 Bananas: about 125g, 120 kcal
Avocado: 2 small ones (about 160g), 250 kcal
An Egg: 70 kcal
Coconut oil (optional): 2 tbsps, about 220 kcal
2 Dates (optional): about 50 kcal
Vanilla extract (optional): 2 tsp
350 ℉/175°C, bake for 40 to 50 minutes
