@thecrayonbender3036 sorry it's my first time cooking and I'm willing to try this out So I'm using eggs, milk, oatmeals, banana, 1tbsp vinegar and 1tbsp of baking suda What about the heat and the pan? Do i not use oil and use nonestick pan or what exactly
@@stone.magnet it’s pretty good. I tried it the day after my last comment. It’s pretty good, I added cottage cheese to mine the second time I did it. That’s also good. I didn’t that for added protein.
I made these, though they are delicious they come out very thin. Not as they appear in the video. Edit: i have played around with the measurements and surely they did come out thick 1/2-cup oatmeal 1-banana 1/2-cup milk Makes about 4-thick pancakes
@@bobjones787 i really enjoyed it! It’s a healthy alternative. So it’s not gonna taste like pancakes. But if you like banana and oatmeal. It’s a really good taste. I also subbed chocolate Kodiak oatmeal once. And added cinnamon one time. You can really do a lot to give it the taste you want. Ie. Vanilla extract, peanut butter, blueberries etc. but the more you put the further away from healthy it is. An yes the texture is exactly like pancakes. Just be sure to blend your oatmeal first by itself. It will turn into oatmeal powder consistency
I’ve been feeling that this channel is fake because he makes something extraordinary and then the results 🤔show the Normal food look. Like this one, he made the pancakes with oats but the outcome shows normal white untextured Pancakes🤓even though we all know oat looks and textured is different . Same thing with the cookies and the pizza. Correct me if I’m wrong ❤
You can make the pancakes fluffier even with oat flour just not with this recipe. A nice trick is to combine a teaspoon of baking soda with a tablespoon of vinegar and then add to the batter. From thereon you do have to be quick with making the pancakes to get a bit more rise out of them. The vinegar doesn't ruin the taste btw.
That’s it that’s a very good recipe. Thanks for that. I’m a make it in the morning for breakfast so I make it until I get a Siri I’m just like I like make them very tall small and like just eat them with a fork
@@mimideia I usually use 1 banana, 1 cup of oat, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of vanilla or 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 cup of water and it turns very smooth. Perfect result. With a non stick pan and I don’t need oil.
Both of you are wrong, eggs are proven to be healthy if youre eating 1 egg/day AND Still have a low total fat consumption. Its not what you guys think, mixing butter and eggs its a shit diet. When doubt, its Better reduce the eggs intake, or your cholestherol levels will go to the moon.
