This is a very delicious, very healthy and very easy to make recipe that you and your family will ❤️.
To ensure that your soup turns out just perfect, follow the video instructions for specific tips and tricks that we use in the cooking process😊🌱💚😋🍲
This recipe will serve approximately 6 people.
Ingredients:
- 3 medium potatoes (600g)
- 1 onion
- 1 small squash/pumpkin (organic if possible)
- 400g cooked white beans
- 1 bunch of fresh chard leaves (with stalks)
- 1 green pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 vegan stock cube (optional)
- 1 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1.5 litres of water (or enough to cover the veg well)
- 2 tbsps olive oil
