We’ve had to re-upload this video as the music we used before, which was Royalty free music from LumaFusion, is no longer royalty free, so the makers of the music claimed copyright on our creation! Now the video has our own composition.
Green Lentil Dip | Vegan | GF
Perfect as a dip or to accompany Rice dishes etc...
Ingredients:
-250g Green Lentils
-1 small green pepper
-1 medium onion
-1 clove of garlic
-2 bay leaves
-1 tsp ground cumin
-1/4 tsp ground black pepper
-1 vegetable stock cube
-2 tbsps olive oil
-700ml water
Method:
-Chop onion and pepper finely and add to a pan with the olive oil
-Finely chop the garlic and add to the pan
-Make sure that the heat is low to avoid any burning
-Wash the lentils and add to the pan along with the 700ml of water, the cumin, the bay leaves, the stock cube and the ground black pepper
-Cook over a low to medium heat for about 45 mins, stirring occasionally to avoid the lentils sticking to the bottom of the pan.
-Once the lentils have absorbed most of the water, are soft and with the skins coming off, gently mash them to thicken the texture
-Serve with a sprinkling of spring onions/parsley or fresh herb of your choice and your favourite bread/rice/quinoa/carrot sticks/celery etc.

Excellent recipe 👍👏 It had never occurred to me to make it. I like lentils, with the heat I prefer to make lentil salad. You haven't posted recipes in a long time. Thank you for sharing this recipe, I write it down.

We’re in the process of moving, countries, so we’ve not been able to do much in the way of new content. This video was uploaded before, but unfortunately, the royalty free music we used before suddenly became non royalty free and a copyright claim was successfully made on our video!!! The music in this upload was made by me, so there shouldn’t be any attempt at a copyright claim! The internet has become so difficult to navigate these days without someone trying to scam you!!!! The days of freedom are coming💚✨🎉🙏

Great recipe, thanks for sharing. I’m amazed that when you previously uploaded this video, they claimed copyright on the video due to them changing the status of their royalty free music to being non-royalty free. I’m sure it’s a trick that is often done to steal people’s revenue! Good music on this re-upload by the way✨🎶🎸
