HELLRAISER/Frank Cotton Tombstone Build 

Laid a jigsaw blade over the attaching end of the sawzall blade, carefully lined it up against the back edge, and traced it. Used a small belt sander to get the basic shape, then a small file to refine the notches to be as close of a match to the jigsaw blade as possible. Had to make sure there was enough "stroke" cut out to prevent the sawzall blade from banging against the guides and frame of the jigsaw. Loks in well enough to cut foam, but I wouldn't use it for anything else. Might mess up my jigsaw or just keep falling out if I tried anything denser than foam. Works ok, still have to go really slow to prevent the blade from drifting since it's so long.

@@OakLaneCemetery That was going to be my next question. I have a cheap harbor freight jigsaw and even with a regular blade, I've ended up with holes that have a "vortex" because I was trying to rush it. Thanks very much! The tombstone looks amazing!

That was my first thought, too, but some idiot would come along and steal it. Either they'd take it to try and solve it, or because they wanted it because it was so realistic.
