I don't think people truly understand how hard operating a small business is. I still pay cash to this day at all small shops just to save them the 3% credit card fee. Their budgets are that tight.

This business was trolling. They know they didn't really have an issue and took an opportunity away from another business owner who actually needed the help. They just wanted to be featured on this show. They could have found information regarding balance sheets online or through a certificate course. She kept randomly saying she has a psych degree as if psychologists don't run their own clinics which are businesses.

It seems to me that they have one boss too many. She needs to step back if she's not working much. By what they said, it looks like she doesn't do much more than complain when she's around. He does the work, he answers the phone, he buys, does estimates, so what does she do?

I didn't see you as a complainer, I think being a working mom is very hard, but being a mompreneur is even harder. Congrats with everything! These people were trolling. They knew they didn't really have a problem and used this show for publicity. I knew it was a scam when the woman kept bragging about having a psychology degree as if psychologists don't own their own clinics which are *drumroll* businesses. Like you need a college degree to be successful.
