Such valuable info for those who experience Histamine Intolerance, yet completely difficult to hear everything the presenter was saying due to the constant coughing. If you are a presenter, be responsible, due the right think and ask the constant cougher to exit so that everyone else can have an opportunity to take in this info.

I'd do an Organic Acids Test from Great Plains and a SIBO breath test, to pinpoint the cause of your histamine intolerance. Usually it's from dysbiosis like SIBO or Candida. The histamine intolerance or oxalate sensitivity usually doesn't happen on it's own. It is a symptom, not a root cause.

Since glyphosate/Round Up has been shown to cause 'leaky gut' in laboratory mice in experiments conducted in Australia, it seems reasonable to assume that the increasing presence of glyphosate in common foods could be causing much of the leaky gut issues and food sensitivities that more and more people are struggling with. (Monsanto, now a part of Bayer, has reportedly prevented independent studies on the safety of their Round Up formula, including glyphosate from being conducted in the USA.) Then there are the 80,000+ other synthetic chemicals Americans have been exposed to after WWII, their 'breakdown' products (often NOT into 'harmless' substances). Very few of these chemicals have been tested for safety in human exposure. NONE has ever been tested for safety in the presence of any of the others - and we are all exposed to hundreds, if not thousands, of these man-made chemicals every day: in our food, our water, the air... nearly everything in our homes, our clothes, personal care & beauty products, laundry products, our cars... 30-50% of Americans at any one time are on a prescription medication, most of those on more than one... Chronic health issues are now the norm... Nearly 50% of Americans are expected to be diagnosed with cancer sometime in their lives.... The miracle, given the combination of damaged nutrients and chemical contamination of our food, the high levels of refined carbs, and the massive exposure to other toxins in our surroundings, (not to mention novel EMFs) - the miracle is that we are doing as well as we are!

I agree, and it's all placed on the consumers' shoulders--like it's our fault for "choosing" a poor diet that we're sick, when, in reality, even those who are trying with all their might can never combat it all.

True or False: Excess histamines in the body are caused by certain foods (even fresh) and most foods past the point of prime freshness? And then excess histamines cause inflammation in various places in the body? This topic seems too important to be rushed over some pretty poor audio. Someone please recap the main few points of this talk to help avoid misunderstandings. Thanks.

After 4 months of experimenting with everything, finally fixed this problem with a B6, B12, B9 combo. For some reason a B-complex did not work, even a fully methylated complex. All it took was one drop of the KAL brand B6 B12 Folic acid liquid and my reactions went away immediately. I would not do more than 3 drops because it could make you extremely irritable (due to the Folate). Also drank lemon water 1-2 times per day on the basis that my problems may be indirectly caused by SIBO. And I wouldnt take probiotics period, even non-histamine producing ones.
@abrarzidan1

What are these drops? B6,B12 and folic acid only? I take vitamins tablets that already have them. Why those drops?
@StaticSleet
@StaticSleet 4 года назад
I took many different B-complex's, multivitamins etc. that had these vitamins in them. I even took Vitamin B6 in isolation since its the most important one for this problem. Did not work. I tried the B6, B12, Folic acid combo after Dr. Berg recommended it for histamine problems. The video is called "The Missing Nutrient In Allergies". and somehow it worked. Im guessing the drops have better absorption and they are not affected by the other B vitamins normally in a complex. The other problem is that most B-complex's have insanely high doses, which can cause more harm than good. You can easily control your dose size with the drops.

Since histamine is Created from the protein histidine maybe try and cut back on a high protein diet and go to a low protein diet? Wouldn't cutting back on the amino acid histidine cut back on the histamine levels? Imagine a person who completely cut out histidine, it would be impossible to make any histamine at all! Histamine and normal levels is actually very healthy, we need amino acids, but we are not carnivores it's effing retarded. Are digestive systems are nothing like that of other carnivores it's more is similar to that of primates believe it or not

After years of getting worse, and months of emotional distress I finally switched to a carnivore diet and started feeling great, until I started eating aged and fermented foods… couldn’t figure it out. Stumbled upon a histamine video and a lightbulb went on. All my symptoms, all the foods , everything fit. I’m now attempting a low histamine diet. Could the histamine intolerance be caused from eating foods cross-contaminated by gluten? When people, who have celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity, eat gluten, any ingredient that was made from gluten, or anything cross-contaminated by gluten the person's body reacts by producing an excessive amount of the hormone zonulin. Zonulin opens the tight junctions between the cells of the intestine. That allows bacteria, incompletely digested food, and debris to move from the intestine's lumen into the blood vessels and to be transported throughout the body. Allergies are one of the 300 possible symptoms of celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity. After 12 months of being 100% gluten free, I stopped having food and pollen allergies.
