If you ask me, being able to make your own organic Kimchi is just awesome. 😀 I have always loved the bold flavors of spicy/salty/sour in this amazing Korean side dish. It’s definitely one that I remember loving as a child... however, once again, as was the case for so many of my favorite Asian foods and dishes, I would have a terrible allergic reaction to the MSG in the store bought and restaurant versions.
So, being able to make this fantastical fermented food at home with organic ingredients and without additives or preservatives makes me SO, SO happy! 🤓😁🙌
And what better than to make an already great food product into a BETTER one by adding the superfood KALE!
While the full original recipe will come to you next week, I hope you will watch this teaser and be patient... like you’ll have to be while waiting for the Kimchi to ferment!
