Day 2: I still don't see any change but my hands feel really stretched Day 3: feels very stretched and i think there's a slight change Day 4: my fingers are slimmer! Day 5: I noticed that I have thinner and longer fingers its definitely working! Day 6: same as day 5 Day 7: I see some changes and my fingers are much slimmer :) Day8: I have longer fingers and better than before! also 4 more days left, cant wait for the result :D Day 9: there is a VERY noticeable change ..like my fingers are really longer and slimmer now and I honestly cant stop looking at my hands lol Day 10: same as day 9! DAY 11: My fingers hurts a bit but a very nice change! I'll reveal the result tomorrow :) Day 12: (RESULTS) finally the last day! honestly, thank you so much for this exercise it really helped! Guys - stop scrolling through the comments because it works! Trust me, I’ve been trying to find a hand workout that actually makes your fingers slimmer, and this one does! I don’t have any exact measurements but it took around 2 weeks to see visible changes. You don’t have to do this twice a day, but you can if you want faster results. I am so happy with my fingers and hands now!! Also here’s a tip- try to grow out your fingernails while doing this to make your fingers look even longer.

Очень рада такому результату! 4 день - руки настолько привыкли, что боли почти не чувствуется, я вижу что пальцы стали длиннее, по сравнению с тем что было раньше. думаю, что через 4 дня мои пальцы будут длиннее и худее

Начинаю делать 05.11.22 1 день: Только начала делать, никаких изменений не вижу (лайкните чтобы не забыла) 2 день: Заметила, что у девушки слетает фильтр с лица. пальцы визуально не удленнились, ширина лодони не изменяется 3 день: ширина ладони по ощущениям только увеличилась. Страшно делать эти упражнения, как будто только хуже делают. 4 день: А нет, всё таки длина пальцев увеличивается. Если вам кажется, что всё только хуже, то нет, вам кажется. Сильных изменений не вижу, но какой то намёк прослеживается
let's do this! day 1: it's going well, my goal is quite hard to achieve but they just feel a bit tired- day 2- there's a slight difference in my right hand, but overall not much of a difference yet day 3- I can see a slight difference, I can see quite a lot of bone in my finger- I'm quite motivated and excited for the full result :)! day 3.5 I got bored so I did this twice in one day. my fingers ache less now and feel more flexible day 4- I just realized that I forgot to take a picture of day 1 but they're feeling so much better! for example, when I'm writing, my fingers don't tend to ache as much or when I'm gaming, it's easier to move them quicker! I can see a small difference but I was expecting them to be more longer by now.. I think I'm gonna have to be patient! I'm also gonna hopefully do this every day until Halloween. ( 6 more days I think) if I don't see a big improvement by then, ill do a bit more everyday :) day 5 & 6- I felt super lazy and didn't do this exercise, but every hour or so I did stretch my hands. ill try to get back to my routine and do it every day now..! day 7 & 8- ive finally reached my goall!!! hooray... this excercise was really simple and fun to do! i really suggest you keep to your routine when doing this, also as this is my final time writing here, i wanna thank anyone who read this! im really happy with how my hands are now.. goodbye now! 🤍

My results: Day 1: I had a semi-burning sensation but that's bc I followed the video with the EXACT time and after I finished it I did it a second time as well. Day 2 (straight in the morning): I was shocked as hell bc my results legit were happening. My left hand knuckles were pink redish and my bone was slightly more visible. Day 2 (starting the hand workout): I still had a burning sensation, but it definitely wasn't as bad as the start! I'll continue to update
Okay idk if anyone will read this or not but if you're doing these excercises please continue because they are really helpful , they worked for me , i did them for 2 weeks even though my hands were not really chubby but i still wanted those bony hands ( yk ) , it's been 16 days and i am still doing these , my fingers have not elongated BUT my hands are now bonier and fingers are slimmer , my veins are more visible . @@ssamppu sometimes i did it only once , sometimes i did it twice or thrice . Mostly i did it whenever my hands were free or when i was just sitting doing nothing . Results depend on how consistent you are , but don't be too harsh or your fingers will become sore .

Got this satisfying feeling, as usual, in my fingers😇 Day eight: ✅ Done! *Final Results* So my fingers has actually slimed a bit, not much, but it’s noticeable (also I got quite skinny fingers from the beginning so it could also just be me) I definitely think you should try this if you want smoother and skinnier fingers, but maybe a bit longer than just a week like I did? Although i don’t think it going to slim down your hands, as it claims to do, I mean I maybe does for some ppl but not me. *Hope this was helpful for you guys :)*

▪Day 1- my fingers are normal, and the exercise makes my fingers feel strange. ▪Day 2- they are still normal and my fingers still feel strange after exercise. ▪Day 3- this time I did it with cream, which made the exercises much easier, I am already feeling my fingers in another position. Day 4- the curves in my fingers have disappeared a bit.
day 1: no change, but a very good warm-up for the fingers day 2: seems to be unchanged, but the fingers have become really flexible and have lost a little weight day 3: my fingers are really flexible and thin!! I don’t notice the length yet, but there are changes day 4: the same as day 3
Doing this on my extremely crooked fingers:- *Day 1:-* No changes ( wasn't expecting any), was a good strech for my wrists too. Fingers were burning after i was done. Length of hands- 16.8cm Breadth of hands- 7.6cm *Day 2:-* Didnt really notice any changes. But still could feel them a little slim?? Did it twice today with a couple of other exercises. Length of hands- 16.8cm Breadth of hands- 7.6cm *i skipped 2-3 days due to some work* *Day 3:-* can feel them alot prettier. Also my fingers are slowly taking a good shape. Isnt really helping with my crooked fingers. The results arent really visible. I'll keep going tho!! Length of hand: 16.9cm Breadth of hand: 7.5cm *Day 4:-* FINGERS are actually getting slimmer. Elongated? Not really. I think i have a long way to fix my crooked fingers. Length of hands: 16.9cm Breadth of hands: 7.5cm

yep, ill do this and share my results day1: done, i don't feel like my hand already changed, but it does feel relaxed (done 2×) day2: done, slight changes in my middle finger day3: done (made it twice) day4: done, slight changes day5: done day6: done, i can see some changes day7: i was lazy lol day8: lazy again srry lol day9: done, i can feel that my fingers are getting elongate day10: done (2×) day11: done (2×), my fingers looks a bit different at this point day12: done, and my fingers feel really relaxed
Day 1: The Same but fingers burning Day 2: Tiny change Day 3: Kinda lazy so no changes ;) Day 4: Small change ~ Slimmer, thinner & longer Day 5: holiday trip ~ so didn’t do it Day 6: adding things to holiday apartment ~ so had no time to do it Day 7: defo Slimmer, thinner & longer but not completely yet Day 8 Lazy chillin on my phone 😎 Day 9: Lazy for the millionth time. Day 10: Doing progress again & just a little better then day 7 Day 11: Completely amazing fingers ~ more thin,long & slim. Do I Recommend? Well yes if you don’t mind waiting kinda a while. I’m not very patient but I was ok waiting for this because the results changed on day 4, which made me more excited and made me knew I would see results (Which I saw AMAZING Results.) Again, I recommend.

You can see the result fast and it’s working, I totally recommend it if you have the motivation you’ll have slim and feminine hands
