This was a great overview of your plans! We are using AAR as well - it's such a fun curriculum. I'm seriously considering Calico Spanish for next year and we're loving those dvds as well. I'd love to know how you like Science Fusion going forward. Loving your channel!

Project Happy Home Calico Spanish is awesome!!! They're lesson plans are great!! I just wasn't sure on having a Spanish Online type of curriculum, also I wasn't sure about paying the annual fee... with the DVDs you can go on your own pace .. Thank You!

i definitely pick and choose , this year I'm trying to complete everything as far as the interactive notebooks go I'm only using pages that coincide with what we are learning .

If your little one is interested in cursive, then he will probably excel. My five year old (now six) wanted to write "fancy" letters, so we began cursive. It went sooo much easier than I expected. His cursive is "better" than his manuscript, so we still have work to do! Nevertheless, good luck!

Aww! Thank you for that info.. Yeah officially starting cursive sometime in March I'm just having him finish up his print book. Ive been introducing him to it and he's getting super excited so I'm really hoping he likes it.

Hi. I have been wondering (I've seen other homeschoolers use this also) about the MyPlate curriculum from USDA. It says on their website that the print versions of the curriculum are available only to schools and child care centers that participate in the Federal Child Nutrition Programs. On the order form it asks you which program your school participates in. How do homeschoolers get this? I was just planning on using the free online/PDF version.
