This video saved my tail. Absolutely 100% worked. I pulled a used ECU from a salvage yard. I couldnt get the chip de-soldiered so I just cut it out with side cutters. Plugged it in. IT FIRED UP!!!! CEL is on now but I could care less. Thanks for this video!

I'm no thief. I have a 2004 accord rra-a05 and the swap from my buddies car and I didn't cut the pigtail for the immobilizer unit though I have it and the matching key. Anyways. I'm putting in in a kp61 toyota starlet and idk about the check engine light being on and want to simplify the setup as much as possible. You're telling me I can remove the eeprom and have favorable results. I'm capable of doing it both ways, I admit that'd be much easier
Everything that you said was going on with that car is what I’m going through with mine I took out the chip like you said what do I need to do now to get it running again please I’ve been working on this car for a year now I would really appreciate your help I’ve hit a wall with my car and I have a lot of money tied up in it so please help me to do what you done with your car I don’t have any money to give you but I’m really desperate to get it running sir and thank you for your video I finally have a little bit of hope again!
