I drained my radiator coolant on my 2014, 4th generation Honda CR-V. To refill the system I used Snap-on's SVTSRAD272-A Vacuum System Refiller. It did a great job!

How big of a compressor will you need?

Noltec Not sure. If the compressor is smaller it may take a little longer to draw a vacuum down. Once that happens the coolant will flow in.

You guys are lucky to live in USA 🇺🇸, in Australia this tool cost around $1600. We get ripped off here.

Nearly pulled the whole engine out 🤔 There is no way to get ALL the air out and 25 is really enough 👍🏽

@@starastronomer question. I hear just draining petcock doesn't drain 100% of coolant from motor. Using this tool during the vacuum step, does it suck out any remaining coolant while collapsing the hoses?

@@mikeprice8307 You are correct. And the tool only refills the system.
