My daughter has a horse farm where she raises Gypsy Danners, Clydesdales, and Cobbs, a total of 60. Horses have a mind of their own. They will hit you with their head, step on you, and on occasion bite you. Their jaws are not like a dog, where they bite and let go. The horse will complete the bite and then let go, maybe. These people have no idea how fast they can get their arse kicked by a horse.
I am always amused by people on these videos who lack the common sense to back off after the first bite attempt, and then are so surprised when the horse finally chomps on them
The horse gave the man a warning - no sympathy. In fact, the horse was telling every single person to leave him/her the heck alone, and very few payed any attention or gave two hoots about the horse one way or another.
Don't people watch RU-vid? People get bit all the time,please stay back. Respect the guard and the horse.Give them room. But if you don't, gives me something to watch and a good laugh😂
I’m getting slightly fed up of these disrespectful tourists antagonising the poor horse. There needs to be a clear boundary around the horse and guard it’s ridiculous
They should just shut it right down. It's basically just a tourist attraction where they are exploiting the guards and the horses in a bid to attract tourists. These guards aren't guarding anything.

They stand for one hour. They are a big draw for the tourists which England depends heavily on for economic success so catering to the tourists is essential.

Alongside other horses we had a stinker of a Shetland. He would check if you had a treat for him, if not he would very carefully stand on your foot. Still no treat, then he would turn and bite, impossible to get away when he was already on your foot! Ouch double ouch! No one approached without at least a carrot! Fond memories. ❤😂😂😂
I wouldn't be surprised if these horses were quite unhappy. Maybe its not suitable for horses going forward, just guards. You can tell their ears are back most of the time.
For some of these people, I don't think it's a problem of lack of knowledge about horses. I think people have watched these Utube videos and want to see if they can get the horse to "strike" at them so they can get their 10 seconds of fame in a video.

This horse should not be out there in Public if it's prone to bite .. Signs do not stop it bitting . Putting people at risk is not what this tradition is about . Officer in charge should eliminate that risk not allow it to hurt people .
I think they should shut horse guards down. It serves no practical purpose other than to encourage tourism yet every commenter on here seems to hate tourists.

At some point, someone is going to end up in the hospital or worse. The fact that people allow children close to these animals, and indeed themselves, boggles the mind. They need to STOP allowing people so close to these beautiful animals. A horse is gonna "horse", and only an idiot ignores their power of their bodies.
All I can say is these dingbats are so lucky the horse stopped biting. Horses have been known to hold on with the bite for quite some time. They also think it is funny that the horse bit them. Leave the horses alone you fools!!!!
How stupid! They see people before them getting bit for standing too close, and they step into the same spot and are shocked when they get bitten; stupid.
Funny people don’t read the sign. The horse even looks at the sign. I might bite. So don’t get upset if you don’t read the sign. Plus you are too close for this horse today.
What the stupid tourists don!t think about is the horses are at work doing a job that they do daily. Wouldn!t the tourists get pissed if they had to stand there for hours on end and get poked and prodded just to ha've a photo taken with them
