Outstanding video, covered ALL the bases, and to think, he did most of this with one hand working and one hand holding camera.........poetry in motion, bud, Perfect!

Very good video! The only thing I’d add is once you remove the old cartridge, compare its height to the new one. You might find like I did that the old cartridge was shorter, because the old cartridge bases were broken and still inside the faucet. Make sure to remove that. I had this happen to both old cartridges. Also, Amazon has these replacement cartridges.

How you got Denzel W. to do your video is amazing, at least it sounds like his voice. I had to watch your video three times before the courage set in to follow your instructions. All went well, thanks to you. An outstanding video and you made things as clear as water, so I no longer have a leak or drip and it was your video that did it. Thanks again.

You made that look so easy that I actually think that I can do this!! I’ve never done any plumbing work, so wish me good luck! You explained everything perfectly! You also have a smooth, calming voice, so that makes it easier to listen to! Thanks, so much!

Terrific instructions...especially for those of us who are technically challenged! We had a snag removing the old cartridge...it broke off inside the hollow. My wife suggested putting a screw into it and pulling the rest of it out that way. She's a genius! Worked fine and all is now well. Thank you again for great video.

Nice video, looks like you got lucky pulling the old cartridges out though. Mine completely fell apart as I pulled them. They are junk. I had a Pfister kitchen faucet with the same cartridges and I spent hours trying to dig out the very end of one to the point where I gave up and installed a new faucet - so I already knew what I was in for when I saw this. I'd avoid Pfister faucets in the future, at least the ones that use the 910-031 & 032 cartridges.

Very nice instructional video. I'll add that many Faucet Manufacturers offer Lifetime Warranties on their repair parts. This means that you can get all the Repair Parts for Free. I don't know if Pfister is a brand that provides replacement parts for free. Only other thought is... While you are replacing the cartridges, change out that nasty Aerator, as well. Also free from many faucet companies. Give them a call.

I painstakingly took apart my faucet yesterday and pulled out the cartridge. Then I went to the store, and discovered that it was cheaper to buy a new faucet than buy a replacement cartridge.
