I'm a physician. I work with a couple dozen people, and I see around 30 patients per day. I am married, and have 5 children. I have good relationships with my parents and my sister, who all live in the same city as I do. I have several long-term friends that I don't have enough time to see regularly. I am probably about the least lonely person in existence. The only time I am alone is when I am in the bathroom, or driving in my car to or from work. My wife feels like when I am in the basement (within shouting distance for her) or at work, that that counts as alone time for me. When I explain to her how much I enjoy it when she and the kids are gone, and I just get to be alone, she gets very offended and upset. She makes it into a scenario where I don't like to be around her, just because I want SOME modicum of alone time. I'm not sure how to communicate to her that having time to sit in bed and watch RU-vid, or read a book, with zero fear of having to deal with an issue that my kids have, or deal with her nagging me to do something, is something that I crave so much, specifically because it is so rare for me. I don't want that all the time, I like being with people the majority of the time. But it is nearly 100% of the time.

The part about men not being allowed preferences, being called insecure and controlling, is absolutely true. Look at what happened to actor Jonah Hill when he told his surfer girlfriend Sarah Brady what his boundaries were. She released his text messages in a shameless attempt to humiliate him and damage his career. Her excuse? "Keeping it to myself was causing more damage to my mental health than sharing it could ever do." She labelled him as emotionally abusive and he was lambasted by the media. She became vindictive six months after they broke up and had remained friends because he found a new girlfriend. Any man who gets into a relationship with her despite knowing what she's capable of deserves what he gets.

The notion of the intimidating woman is the most prolific lie in the bad dynamics between the sexes that currently exists. Men are not generally intimidated by women, beyond their ability to manipulate social and legal systems to harm them. Women who say they intimidate men are deluding themselves because they are afraid of addressing the reality that they are rude, disrespectful, argumentative, and generally abrasive. The idea that a woman can inspire fear in a man merely with the “power of their personality” is laughable.

Imagine a man who said, "Women who obsess over men who are loyal to only one partner are insecure little girls who are intimated by strong confident men."

We are not intimidated by you. What women don't understand is that we want someone who brings peace and value to our life, not drama and games.

OMG you are so right. 6 years ago I learnt I was going blind - 3 operations later and 4 years of constant pain, and what does my wife have to say? “You’ve no idea how difficult this is for me…” How did you learn all of this? Experience?

My first (practice) wife was the consumate, man-hater of an original feminist (early '70s) Once, when she was picking apart everything I said, and was just argumentative about everything she said, putting me down, I finally agreed that it was about her. I said: "Are you on the rag?" The nuclear explosion to my affirmation of her gyno centric view was awesome to behold. Finally found a feminine woman, who loved men to be men, loved who I was. 36 happy years later I feel completely fulfilled and happy. We have fun every day, even over little things. I feel sorry for men who are trying to find a life partner in these times.

When you made the statement "You're going to lose your identity.", man did that hit home. That was EXACTLY what happened to me during my marriage. I spent years working 80-90 hours a week to get her a house and a car, plus all of the things she wanted from day to day. I became just a paycheck and my needs were absolutely irrelevant to her. It wasn't until I woke up dead-tired one day, out of gas and absolutely dreading the hard work ahead, and thought to myself "Why am I doing all of this? What am I getting from it?". Suddenly, this entitled woman, that I had enabled to be even more self-centered by my own catering behavior, seemed like an enemy. I know it sounds stupid to say that it had never occurred to me until that moment that I should matter in this equation, but it never had. In my mind at the time, I thought I had hit the jackpot because I was a 6 and scored an 8/9. She wasn't an 8, though, because I had actually found someone who LOOKED like an 8, but was in every other way a 2....maybe a 3 on a good day. SO not worth it and I left within weeks. I even let her have the house and didn't look back(I haven't even seen her face in 13 years). It was absolutely worth it just to have my individuality, time, and soul back. Now I only work 50 hours or less a week, have an even better house, and a woman who is physically a 5, but is an absolute 9/10 stunner in every other way that matters. She cares for me, appreciates my efforts, and gives love freely and authentically. I do the same for her. She's a real one. It's amazing to be part of something that makes you happy, where you never feel used.....a respected and mutually-appreciative partnership.... and I wouldn't give her up for anything in this world. Don't settle for the women in this video, guys. They are absolutely not worth it.

The wedding ring question is an excellent example of women answering a question to impress the women around them. You would get a different answer if you spoke to them one-on-one. Never underestimate the impact of a woman's friends and their opinions on her happiness and choices. If you dislike a woman's friends and their values, she's probably not a good long-term partner for you.

Absolutely. In my experiences, women see men more as a utility and they don't really care about us, they care what we can do for them and that's where we get our value from. Our feeling, hopes, desires, none of that means anything to them, if anything they see them as problems/obstacles to you serving HER interests. Hard wired narcissism is how I would describe it.

I'm almost 40, All my life I've been told this tale that women are the superior communicators, I'm yet to see a lick of evidence to support this theory, from my own mother, my sisters females around me socially, gfs and long term partners,, NONE of them comunicate well unless they are in a happy stable phase, otherwise its like dealing with toddlers, need CONSTANT appeasement, have ZERO empathy for others and want what they want NOW not when you have a moment NOW!, Very childlike and slightly pathetic when your inwardly grinning because yesterday she was telling you "use your words, TALK to me" then you give her a TASTE of the truth she will rip her own ears off before hearing🤷🏻‍♂️😂

They're unhinged, even the ones that seem stable, you will find out who they are when the relationship breaks down, or once they've got what they want from you.

Excellent video Alexander. The last half of the video about men's mental health issues and child custody made me tear up, as my bro just finalised his divorce early last year, but assets and child custody battle is only just beginning. Everything was always about her. It was like my brother's existence was only to serve her, especially once they married, which ended up being a short one. Almost as soon as the child was born (less than 6 weeks old), she stole the kid and left him, went straight onto government benefits (and a dating website) and is now using lawyers to try and steal everything from him. Even now, almost 2 years later, she doesn't treat him as the father, all that matters is that she is the child's sole parent and mother, the status is what matters to her (and the financial benefits), while he is just the silly sperm donor who deserves nothing but must pay her full child support. In her mind, letting him see his own kid for only 3 hours a week, is 3 hours too much for her, because to her, he is sub-human and has no feelings, he is still her servant because of our legal system. What an unhinged nutcase she is (fully supported by our AUS government)

WOW you put into words of how I felt when I was married to my first wife. She was always twisting what I said into something other than what I said. I was usually able to defuse it by remembering what I said and repeat it back to her and ask how did she arrive at that conclusion with those words. Best thing that could have happen to me when she wanted a divorce. I was inwardly happy inside when she told me what she wanted. Was she ever pissed when I found another woman. I slowly after a few more women learn it was far better to find a woman of ill repute and give her a little money than to put up with the constant expense and hassels of having a woman around full time. ONe piece of advice I can give men is to NEVER TELL a woman your intermost feelings. She will lose respect for you and she WILL blab it all around town to her friends and use it against you whenever she can.

Saw a video of two girls in a car with their dad. They said something that made their dad cry. The girls then also start crying and then complained that he had made them cry. Why the father cried was no longer so important. What was important were the poor girls and their fee-feelings!

Any “woman” who needs a 10k-50k$ ring is still just a child or a red flag narcissist! An engagement ring is a symbol of something that is priceless: Love, loyalty and commitment. THAT is the real gift a man gives a woman. Any woman who does not understand that is not worth your time or effort because she does not value your gift. Move on.

I was in an 8 year relationship. I communicated various things for a year, letting her know I had 1 foot out the door. She made all my concerns about herself. I strongly called this out. I challenged her to respond specifically to what I was saying, asked her "try-to-not-respond-about-how-you-feel, I-already-know-how-you-feel. But Im going to leave you, address my concern." She couldn't do it. It was simply impossible. It was more worth it to her to lose me than think in another way. For context to help it make more sense... I'd say she's the type that likes to analyze the situation in her own way. If she feels that I should not feel such a way cuz X,Y, Z, then I'm not allowed to feel it, or should not have sympathy, compassion, empathy, or anything else for it. Masculine female. Thought she could logic me, gaslight me out of my own feelings by only validating her own POV. This went on for some time. So I know how I felt was valid, it was logical on my end too. I had needs, I wasn't emotional. She just didn't care. I really got the sense that everything I brought before her was just some unfortunate burden she had to deal with. lol. Anyways... She claims to love me still to this day.... lol (btw, yes, I did leave her- still nothing changed).

Men aren’t afraid of strong, confident women. Men don’t like angry, bitter, narcissistic women that seem to enjoy conflict, drama, and belittling others to feel better about themselves. I call it the Ophra syndrome. My wife would occasionally watch Ophra and it always amazed me how Ophra would turn the experience of every guest into being about how it effected her.

They are confident men, who are not intimidated by "strong, confident, Independent" women, so they are able to reject these women with no hesitation and are not afraid to be alone.

The "you'd rather play a game" cartoon is funny, yes, but an even crazier version of this happened to me in real life; my girl (at the time. Don't play that "girlfriend" ish anymore) called while I was playing Tekken. We were having a nice conversation while I was simultaneously playing, but as I advanced in the game, my voice started exhibiting more exertion. She asked "what are you doing"? I told her "playing Tekken". She then said "you're playing a video game while talking to me"?!? I told her "I've been playing since before you called (mind you, we were on the phone at least 20 minutes by the time this exchange occurred)! Now aware of what I was doing, she demanded I stop playing. It didn't matter that I remained engaged in the conversation despite playing, but now that she knew what I was doing, that mattered not! I told her "nope". She then initiated "get his FULL attention at any cost" protocols & attempted to start an argument (only she tried to manipulate it so it would be I who would technically start it) to no avail. When that failed, she went "scorched earth" and tried to start it on her own with ad hominid attacks. I, of course saw this a mile away and said " I see you're irrational and in your feelings, so I'm getting off the phone so you can "process". I did this so she couldn't accuse me of hanging up in her face. As I said "bye", she was on her end yelling "don't you hang up! Don't you...click"!

Women like this remind me that peace and quiet are treasures unto themselves.

I was in the hospital last night with a separated shoulder and I was groaning in pain. The nurse made sure to tell me she gave birth to two kids so I should be able to cope better with the pain.

A woman saying "men are intimidated by me" is the red flag. The use of the word "Intimidation" show how she view relationship as war, as an ego tug of war, not peace. She will always find reason to fight, so she can prove she is your equal, or try to dominate you so you won't dominate her. Paranoïa, conflits, et narcissism. Hellscape. She explain everything with "her high value and her associated confidence, and the effect it as on men", instead of ever thinking "maybe my behavior and attitude is pushing them away". They can't accept or admit the idea, how people are treating you depend on not only "your value" (how you are perceived), but ALSO how you treat them.

Women's empowerment is also not about bringing women up to being of quality and having better standards for themselves. If you look at how women compete, their strategy is never to rise to the occasion but to bring other women down to their level in order to feel superior, and when you have modern women who are now competing with men, they're using the same strategy. A female-dominant hierarchy will crumble society because instead of competing to be better than the competition and win (male-dominant hierarchy), you'll have a society competing to bring each other down while not advancing themselves at the same time, which will lead to regression. Misery loves company. All empires have fallen the same way: destruction from the inside out, not from the outside in. The loss of tradition that had made them strong, prosperous, and united. Edit: There's a reason why there has not been any matriarchal empire, because matriarchal societies always got out competed by patriarchal societies. I can relate with what you are talking about. Even when I am not dating someone. I walk into work after a 10 minute break and a new employee that I never met starts screaming at me saying I am not a real man and real men don't take breaks. I calmly said, I am not going to deal with your disrespect and she threatened to get me jumped. I said if you are going to treat me like this, I am going to report you. She starting swearing at me and screaming. I asked her for her name to report her. She got in my face saying how she would whoop my ass and I am a little B word. Calmly and admittedly I was angry at this point and calmly looked into her eyes and said you aint going to do spit. I knew she couldn't handle her emotions but she disrespected me and tried to bully me. She tried to punch me and two girls stopped her. Then I got her fired. I am fine with being called abusive for provoking her with that language when she got in my face. She was a disrespectful bully. I make sure fire breathing dragons are vanquished if I can.

When living at home with a sister, I had my first taste of this when she turned 13. She got a haircut and I thought I would be nice and said that her hair looked nice. She got mad and said that I must be saying the her hair didn't look nice before. This type of thing went on for the next couple of years until I moved out. At least it gave me a hint of what to expect when I started dating.

The last girl I dated did exactly this on our last date before promptly ending it. Not knowing why, I later discovered that she purposefully caused awkwardness so she could end it to justify her reasons for going back to her toxic ex-bf who came back to London after 3 years apart due to the Pandemic. Women will never be honest with you with their words and will always operate with indirect language and manipulation. It's no wonder why men no longer want to even bother. Most of us want to live drama-free lives.

Had long hair down past my shoulders for almost 10 years. My narcissistic cousin didn't notice that I got my haircut the day I got it cut short. I even asked her if she had gotten a haircut recently. We were out with my siblings, she invited herself. She wouldn't join the conversation unless we were talking about her. She even left without paying for her drinks.

I’m currently working through this about myself because I’m a man that was raised by a narcissistic single mother. Not a woman who has narcissistic qualities and is self absorbed, but a textbook narcissist. Many women behave this way because it's a learned behaviour. We see our mothers behaving this way, our older sisters, our aunts, women on TV, women on social media etc. It's part of our conditioning to the extent that most of us don't realise we're like that until someone points it out to us- then we firstly get defensive about it and then in rare cases we want to change... I ultimately blame it on lack of emotional maturity, insecurities, and center of attention syndrome...

I am a former dog owner, and I will say this about my dog, the dog would come to me, nudge my arm and lick my hand when i'm not having a good day and feeling drained, the dog senses it and came to me on his own and stays at my side even when I wake up the dog is still there, this is without me having to tell the dog to come over and stay. Of course having a dog, comes with its responsibilities, but I say its worth it overall.

Making a documentary to expose the evils of the men’s rights movement, She had the presence of mind to realize and the honesty to admit that each time she heard an assertion about men’s rights or a need to address men’s problems she instantly spun it as an attack on women. She was converted during the making of her documentary, and is now something of a men’s rights advocate.

what alex is talking about is known colloquially as "main character syndrome", and it is far more common in younger people, narcissits, and people who have only known privilege and comfort. they lack empathy for others. or they could be a sociopath. when a man is a sociopath, it is easier to spot, when a woman is a sociopath, it can be difficult to spot because women naturally have sociopathic personality traits, and those that cross over to actually being a sociopath is hard to see.

If Dad wants to send the kids to public school, and Mom wants the kids to go to PRIVATE school, a decision must be made quickly, and carried out cheerfully and without harboring resentment. Dad must have the ultimate power over his family. Obedience = a peaceful happy home.

Bringing up men's rights, as in the rights of men and not the title of the movement, the first few times in a conversation shocked me. It was me, one other man, and three women, everyone friends or relatives, talking about broad modern culture and gender, family structure, marriage and courtship. Hearing the word "rights" after saying men caused this reaction of instant interruption, angrily dismissal of the phrase or any meaning behind it. It was like the women were seeing red, and the conversation abruptly end a few minutes after. My cousin was one of the women, and her tone became full of ridicule, and was appalled at my possible reference to the movement focused on men's rights, a fictitious idea to her in every possible way.

I have loads of practice recognizing this sort of behavior. My mother was a master at this, everything has to be about her. Could have broken my leg and she would some how find a way to make it about her, its exhausting. Yet, she has the cheek to be like, you never talk to me about your problems. Yes, that is true, the reason is because I cant be arsed listening to you twist it to have you at the center, and also i don't like my concerns being used as ammo in an argument later down the road.

Now if the first woman saw another woman who was happy in her traditional role as a homemaker and mother, she would shame that traditional woman with every ounce of her being. She could be happy for the woman who is happy being the homemaker and mother like a normal person would, but she would attack her. Now if this boss babe wants to do her boss babe stuff, good on her. If she enjoys the boss babe lifestyle, I'd be glad she found what she likes to do. But, like I mentioned, this boss babe will trash the other woman who is wife and mom.
