Once an ex saw me in a grocery store, and he was with his new supply. I saw him and he saw me and he acted like he didn't know me. I was with a male cousin who was visiting my city. My cousin kept walking off during this shopping trip and so it appeared to my ex that I was there alone. He put on a show of loving on this lady and I said nothing. Then out of nowhere my cousin walked up behind me and said boo and I jumped. We both laughed because my cousin is always a prankster. He started adding more groceries into our cart and telling me how he was going to fix dinner for us tonight. My ex upon hearing this, instantly (all of a sudden like) called my name like he was just noticing that it was me. He was all hey girl how you been? He quickly walked over and introduced himself to my cousin, saying I haven't seen her in ages (lies, he saw me at a gas station earlier that week). I said nothing to him but I pushed the basket on past him and my cousin walked off too. After we were away from my ex, my cousin was like what was that about? I told my cousin who the ex was and he was like ok, but now he's giving me stares every time we go by him. We finished shopping and left. After that encounter, my ex tried everything to get into contact with me because I had him blocked on everything. That was 5 years ago and now every blue moon, I hear that he tells people that I was the love of his life and I had done HIM wrong.

My ex narc said to me "I've had better than you." My reply? "So have I." Left then speechless, and this was right before me discarding them, never looking back again.....✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

When I broke up with my narcissist ex, he actually told me that he was the best thing out there and that I wouldn't find better. I told him, if he was the best, I would stay single.

My narc ex told me that his ex was so obsessed with him that she got married just to try to get his attention. I didn’t even know what a narcissist was at that point and actually believed him. That was 14 years ago. His ex is still married to that man with 3 children. She clearly didn’t marry that man to get his attention. I hate that I didn’t see all the red flags.

I discarded a narc (maybe he's more psychopath) about 12 months ago (he's not over it) and occasionally he still phones me for a few rings and hangs up before my phone goes to vm. I've changed my ring tone just for his number to clown music 🤡 It's always a laugh when he checks in.

I haven’t met a “new” person, but my ex-fiancé told me several times that he was the best I would ever have, that no one would love me like he did! 🙄 I told him if that was true I was done with the dating scene, and was happy with my dog and cat! 🐶❤🐱

The irony of how my narc was actually the lowest quality person I ever was with in every possible way, but thinking I’d never do better. They have literally nothing going for them once you get past the charismatic facade, sex was lame, no money except for alcohol & drugs, no life, never did anything fun, just work, get high, sleeping with mad different women, & always fighting with someone & in some drama. I manifested my dream life since moving on & now they seem to have spiraled into complete narcissistic collapse & I’m here for it 😂😂

My covert Narc ex saw a woman he wanted to be with about seven years ago on the street with someone else and got so angry, he blocked her on Facebook. While we were in a relationship , btw. I found it strange he could never ever let go of women.

My ex narc mailed a wedding planning magazine to my house on our anniversary (6 months after we broke up). The following two days she mailed me women’s leggings in her size. All packages had no return address, no packing slip, and no receipt. I told my new gf and her response was laughter and she said to me “omg, your ex is fucking crazy.” I think her goal was for me to tell my new gf and for us to argue about it. We laugh at her frequently.

When I've had enough of someone, narc or not, who mistreats me I've just had enough. I take until I'm done. But going forward I've learned I'm not gonna take too much anymore.

I am three weeks into my journey of healing from a three year off and on relationship with a toxic person. I have spent the majority of the time that I’ve known this person worrying about how he will react to what I say and do. So I really appreciate Lee encouraging us to not let how they react cause us stress or keep us from living the life WE want to live. These are OUR lives, not theirs! We have given them numerous chances to be a part of it so it’s up to them to give us reasons to allow them to stay.

It was literally the worst time of my life considering her and I were quite close but her marriage damaged our relationship as I didn't like him and knew something was off with him and stayed away. Eventually she wisened up and got rid of him, praise god. Seeing all the damage he did and stress he put in her life I completely despise narcissists. Mine left me when I was in deep grief over my sons suicide. I wasn't talking to him enough; not giving him enough attention. No longer striving to stroke his precious, delicate ego. When he later saw me happy working at a new job, with a new car.....of course he wanted me back! And he was married to someone else for 4 years! And yes. He did stalk me at my job!! 😅😅

Stalking going on two years…yeah. No contact the entire time. Fake numbers, profiles, emails… it’s crazy. Actually showed up more than once. Has to get a TRO until I moved. Changed number, job, state… still stalking.

Honestly, I think they think they will be the best you'll ever get because that actually resignates more to them, as they are the ones who become obsessed over you in your absence. In reality, your the one moving on with your life, but as we know they always say it's over, but it never over, they just put you on the shelf until they're ready to use you for they're so called purpose. They don't have real self confidence, so that's the lie they tell themselves, because they don't wanna bare the truth, and let's be honest, "the truth hurts", especially for narcissistic people.

I just wanna say thank you for coming forward and admitting it because it goes undiagnosed for better lack of a word and the two sides of a narcissist that they portray so well does make us think like we’re crazy so thank you for coming out and talking about it as one. The ex Narc found out after years 3 I came out and went to the local bar. Where our old mutual friends hang out, he’s been driving past my house for over a month now. It was once a day. Then twice a day. Then parking past my house. Then he found out I went out again this last weekend and he turned my street into his and his friends car route. Mopar’s. I’ve never seen are driving down my street during the day and parking at my park after hours. Now other cars are doing the same behavior circling the neighborhood over and over. It’s fucking insane. He’s losing his mind, he’s obsessed. He has a fiancé and a girlfriend and still 🙃

You are so right about the "they don't like to see you happy". I discarded a narcissistic partner last December when I found out he had been cheatng on me. We had been together for 8 years. Recently I went to a local Bullride event and I just happened to be sitting next to an ex-bullrider and doing the usual having fun with him explaining the ins and outs of the compettition to 2 novice females. I only met him that night, never seen him before or since but my girlfriend took a photo and tagged me in on Facebook. All of a sudden my ex's rig/ truck has been seen (considering he is supposed to have moved interstate) and a couple of weeks ago I saw his ute (sorry Australia here) when I was coming home from the shops. I knew it was him because when he saw my car he anchored on the brakes and pulled over, I kept driving. So now he is drivng interstate to stalk me. I live in a very small country town, one road in and out of town so there is no reason for him to be driving through town unless he is not happy that I can enjoy life without him.

My ex had been dating her new supply for months when she reached out to a woman that posted a flirty comment on my FB page and messaged her “You are literally SO pathetic it’s laughable”. I called her and asked her why she would do that and she said “I don’t want to see you with anyone else”. 😮

My ex started sending flowers to my house with love notes pretending to be someone I was having an affair with when he found out I was dating my husband years after our divorce. He would text me from fake numbers pretending he was someone i was cheating with. So much i can say on this topic including how he all of a sudden wanted to see our kid and would use exchanges to try to hoover me.

Can you do more videos that are aimed at showing people with NPD the challenges and also the benefits you have seen from being in therapy? I feel like 99.9 percent of the content about narcissism online is about how terrible they are. Since avoiding shame is a narcissist’s number one goal, even admitting that they might have NPD is usually off the table, and it’s even less likely when all people talk about is how horrible they are. :(

Uses abusive and foul language about me while texting my Partner while he’s trying to parallel parent! She is insanely jealous and acting out because my Partner is finally happy. It’s crazy! Everything you are saying is literally happening....different people have directed me to go somewhere...they are sooo obsessed, that they followed me to that new place. Some get close, others stay far away, they mostly send strangers to start conversations with me...they still violate. Its interesting how connected they are. They don't have to stop because they are being encouraged to keep poking. That insecurity is super deep. Thank you for educating those of us that were convinced by several helpers , supportive angels, that we are crazy and delusional.

my ex narcissist does this thing we’re they will look up my new partner to see if if there better materialistically like career, money, what car they drive etc. It’s funny too, but Lee is telling the truth. I’m with someone i’m happy with and healthy. My ex idc what there doing or what they think. I don’t check on them or care who they with. I healed and moved on.

My ex wanted to meet up with my new bf (just the 2 of them). I guess he was counting on my codependency to kick in and for me to feel guilty and set it up. I’ve grown since then so I shut that shit down real quick. My ex narc will be in my life forever cuz we have a kid together. But I still put those boundaries up. I let him know he could meet my bf at drop off/exchanges if he would like to since my bf will be hanging out with us (my daughter) & I. He got upset and stated “I see how you are. You want it your way all the time.” And then refused to even meet my bf. …..can you scream projection. I don’t give in to his bait anymore and it drives him nuts. I just stay in my lane and practice self care and boundary setting.

After a hellish 8 years we recently came off a year of no contact, obviously he immediately contacted me. When I answered “yes” to are u seeing anyone at first he laughed then his whole demeanor changed and he explained how much that hurt him to hear!! And about 2 weeks ago he started an argument and kicked me out his house just so he can go out by himself. He ends up at the same bar as me. Hello! I don't know if you have made a video about this sort of thing, but after my narcissist and I divorced, I began to obviously thrive. Took a bit of time, but I bought a brand new car (never had a new one before), and eventually I bought a house while he still drove a used car and lived in small, dumpy apartments. I never dated anyone else, but since we went to the same church, he was able to see these purchases after the fact. I would love to know what you think might have been going through his mind. He ended up passing away in 2019 from a major heart attack. Anyway, love your channel, keep up the great work!!

Will share what he’s working on, the dark, the not good looking things, so she can see him wholly. He trusts her and her feedback. 8. He stops using I and me, and starts saying us and we. “You know what we should do” “I think we would like this,” include her in his thinking, sees her in the long haul...

My son's father stalled me I'm his new girlfriends car, lied to my then boyfriend and told him we were still sleeping together even though he was living with this girl. He broke up with her got with this other girl and two weeks before he married her wanted us to get back together, not on a bet or a dare 😂

I ended up getting a restraining order on the narcissist. He can’t come near me. It has been almost 2 months since the last conversation. Out of nowhere I’m on my social media and there he is liking stuff on my page. On my Snapchat the following day. He think we would have been talking by now but that order hit him like a gut punch. I’m not watching him so why are you here with your great life you claimed to have. Getting away was the Best thing for me and my peace. I think he loves me but hates me at the same time and you can’t be with someone like that. I believe he regrets all of his actions some times bc he has zero access. And I’m going to keep it that way

My ex tried to stop us from going on holiday because my new husband was the one to take us all on holiday for the first time. Literally it was my first time leaving the country ever and my children of course it was their first holiday. That made him vex and he wanted to stop that. Didn't care about his kids missing out but in order to stop me having fun and enioying myself would have happily taken away my first experience too. My ex and I were together for 5 years and not once did we travel anywhere. But my now husband took us to his home country within less than a year with living with us due to visa and immigration etc. They are really pathetic.
