We should confirm the stage of Androgenic alopecia [AGA] according to Hamilton Norwood staging [see in internet] and then wisely use different formulations of Minoxidil as per the advice of doctor - it is available as Minoxidil + Procapil, MInoxidil + Finasteride . When Finasteride is used on surface [topically] it do not have any much effect on reproductive capability. Finasteride as a tablets has some effects like that - so people below 24 years and those who plan for a family please do no take Finasteride tablets. For any other generalized hair loss - mostly it won't be AGA so just confirm the cause and then wisely use the medicine.

Its not minoxidil, it's finestride that affects libido. That too only orally used , even oral side effect is not something that last. Topical usage is safe. Most working hair products contains Finestride, I think u guyz should do better research .
