COME TRAIN WITH ME🥺❤️ here’s the link to my follow along workout channel: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZBF2QeFKlrs.html lmk if you tried one of my workouts yet!!👀
Hi just want to say I love your videos I recently came across your channel, and would like to know how long it took you to see a difference in your glutes? I've been training a while now and still haven't seen any changes.
Love that you stretch both before and after, I felt SO alone doing that every day at the gym 😂but it's essential if you want to prevent stiffness and injuries. Also, love your tone of voice and how you explain everything, please keep up the good content 🥰
Man I remember my track and cross country running coaches always telling us not to rock when stretching. And now dynamic stretching is a whole thing! Science 🙌🏽
I love everything about this video!! Everything from your outfit, information, filming, music, length of the video. It’s so informative but simple. I am going to try the warm up/workout on my next hamstring/glute day! Will you please make a quad/glute day video? Omg and you are just so gorgeous I have been following you on IG but recently have been loving your RU-vid videos thank you!!
you may never see this and I was going to cry if I couldn’t come back to this video but I just wanted to thank you because this entire time I’ve been doing the hip abductor too wide and not feeling it in my glutes. Today I had the most powerful glute workout ever. Can’t wait to see what three months does.
Hey Sophie, love the way you edit your videos lately and how consistently you’ve been uploading. :) I just wanted to say that I’d love to see some more informational, scientific videos, a few more explanations about targeted muscles etc. You’ve been doing these a lot when you started, that’s actually the reason I followed you. I do like the video, I just think it’s more of a follow along workout video rather than a guide on how to build hamstrings and glutes. Would have loved to hear more about your split, reps, rpe, rest etc. Ah btw, is the video about cardiovascular health still coming?
Love it. 🙏🏽 I personally always have stiff/sore neck and right shoulder pain. I notice I carry my stress there. Never realized I should do neck warm ups before workouts!! Mind blown 🤯
To anyone who's reading this: You are strong. You are beautiful. You are powerful. Remind yourself that working out is not a punishment for what you ate, but a celebration of what your body can do! I hope you have a fantastic day :))
To anyone who is reading this: the world doesnt care about you. Getting a huge ass wont make you happy. Make sure you make yourself happy, not instagram.
Really great video! I’m gonna try the dynamic and static stretching after my next leg day. Just trained 4h ago so I gotta wait 2 more days ;) looking forward to that!
Sophie congratulations for your channel 😘♥️you are really such an inspiring person 😊I really admire your consistency and determination...your body looks great 😊you really motivate me to become the best version of myself 😊lots of love from Spain 🇪🇸♥️♥️♥️
Sophieee, the video was amazing!!! I love your channel so much, you really helped me. You're one of my biggest inspirations, thanks for making my day❤️❤️ love u🥰
It would be perfect if you could put your dynamic warm up on your train with me page. It always takes me a moment to think about what moves to do to warm up/stretch my body before workouts especially upper body days. That would be so helpful! Love your page and thanks so much!!
What's the name of that queendom song? 😍 Also enjoyed watching this video a lot. Omw to the gym and gonna try to improve my smithmachine game with this!
I so appreciate your videos. Thanks for the inspiring content and educational materials. Very helpful for new lifters like myself. One suggestion ... maybe it's just me but the style of videography where the camera person is constantly moving and zooming in and out quickly has me feeling dizzy. It's hard to watch the whole way through without taking multiple breaks. I noticed it during that last video and this one. But I get it if it's a style. Maybe I'm just getting older. Ha! :-)
Hello Gainsbybrains :) I really like this program you put out for us and have been doing it for a while now, I have a request that others may also have can you please share a quad program with us?
Hey Sophie, How do I know how many reps I should do and how heavy (rather low weight and more reps or heavy and less reps) -> especially if you’re just getting back in training ?
Hey Sophie thanks for the video, this is the first time I am watching you! You explain really clear and you have such a positive vibe! New subscriber here :)
